Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I was wanting a service that I was told would cost me $800 by others but he explained that it is actually covered under my warranty. Wonderful dealership! I've purchased 2 Jeeps from them, will purchase my third from them too. Honest and friendly, no haggling. I travel about an 1hr to their dealership to get my car serviced by them because their service department is really good too. Fast, courteous, clean, I've never had a complaint about them. They truly are the first dealership I've ever gone to that I'd actually recommend. Please don't change how you do business, it's pleasure to find a business who actually cares about their customers.

He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer.
