Ease of making an appointment for service is.......easy. Mechanics are all very good and will talk to you personally about your Jeep. Brought my Jeep here for a state inspection this week. I had a very good experience. Dan was very courteous and professional. I didn’t feel like they are trying to drum up extra work for my out of warranty Jeep. I will definitely continue to use the service dept. in the future

The sales consultant that I worked with, Mr David Smith did an excellent job. Buying process went very well for me. The only part of the whole process that I didn’t believe was right, was that I had explained that I buy my vehicles and was not interested in leasing a vehicle. After asking him for the bottom price on the truck, he sent me a quote that I was sure they could do better on. Did receive another quote a day later that included a lease rebate. That rebate was not mentioned in email which myself and wife reviewed. When contacted that we could work with that price was then informed of the rebate. So it was either come up with the extra money or cancel deal after moving money from other accounts. Deal is done and happy with the vehicle
