Like most, buying a new car (or truck in my case) has always been something that made me cringe. Places like Carvana and Carmax have tried to take a lot of pain and stress out of the car buying process and to be honest, they have, however at a price. I think everybody knows you pay for convenience but should you have to pay so much for it. Why do dealers mark up cars and add unwanted and unwanted items to inflate these hidden costs? Well obviously to make more money off the consumer, but why take advantage of people? it's no wonder why "car salespeople" come across as shrewd, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Not so with Maverick Motors. Truly, the best experience with the best value. I will always go back to Maverick Motors when looking for a new vehicle and you should too. 5 Star experience is not high enough for Sam, Justin, Abe, Matt and the entire team at Maverick Motors. What a outstanding place for to buy a vehicle. I bought a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk. Took test drive, set down with the sales team. Within 2 hours I was driving my new truck home. Usually at a dealership it's a all day adventure but not at autonation jeep north richland hills.

I was in the market for a new vehicle but dreaded going to a dealership. It is like knowing you need to put on boxing gloves and go 12 rounds and try not to get beat up too bad. Classic Dodge had the exact truck I wanted so I called and talked to Alonzo Contreras. From that first call he was honest, easy to talk to and no high pressure at all. I have taken my truck their in the past and have always received great service. I was having an issue with my truck when I bought it new and I went to AutoNation in North Richland Hills I didn?t buy from them but they took care of it anyway. I had previously taken it to grapevine dodge and they didn?t fix the issue I was having basically told me they could do nothing and gave my truck back I will never take any vehicle I own their again. When I first took my truck to autonation Matthew helped me and he has gone above and beyond any customer service representative I have ever dealt with. So when I started having issues with my radio I went back and once again dealt with Matthew and once again he provided excellent customer service.
