Fix my truck headlight. They got the parts in a couple of days. In the meantime I was in a loaner truck. So no problem. Shame that parts are not kept in stock but that how it is. Joe does a great job

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. I just got home. I left my house at 7:30 this morning and was at the dealership for five hours. BUT I had asked them to do a complete assessment and they did everything. I love these people. As I drove up my little four legged service person got all excited. She knew where we were and she has a lot of friends there. Everybody came out to greet us and help us descend. As a rule I am treated as someone special. I'm not but I am 87 years old and they are careful to take good care of me. I know them all but am losing my ability to remember names so please forgive me guys but Roderick, Arsenio, Luis, Denisa are so kind and I wrote down their names so I could remember them. My car was very happy and I don't know what all they did but she was very happy. (Yah! She's a lady). I have a very serious suggestion: Now I have no intention of ever buying another car , BUT, wouldn't it be great if you could go to a dealership, (as a woman not knowing much), and find a salesperson there, (of the female persuasion) who not only knows cars but knows the mechanics and has been taught the correct way to sell? I would scout places that teach car mechanics and see if a female is part of the student body and offer her a course in selling and a job. Maybe she just wants to be a mechanic but you could still call on her when you have a woman to sell to. Just an old lady's idea. I encountered a super female salesperson at a Honda dealership in Kissimmee, FL about 25 years ago. The only reason I didn't buy her car right then and there was I had decided I wanted a Chrysler. Anyway, You guys get all the stars. I know i can trust you.

Cole our sales person was excellent! He went the extra mile to make buying a car a good experience and to get me a car I'd like. We had some electric trouble with the first car which I was ready to buy. Then he searched the lot for a hard to find car I had seen on-line. This was after a horrible experience earlier in the day at Dave Smith Nissan, so Cole saved my day and my attitude toward car dealers. I drove 130 miles to buy a car and wanted to drive one home, so his extra caring made a huge difference.

Service advisor Cameron did an outstanding job! I have had at least 4 Dodge service advisors over the years, and Cameron is by far the best that I've had. He kept me in the loop at every stage. He even tried to help with an extended warranty issue that I had. (Turns out that the 7 year 75k mile warranty that I purchased in 2019 expired in 2023 even though my car has less than 65k miles on it.) I had the water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt replaced. All of these repairs were done in an exceptional manner. HOWEVER, I was told that I needed to replace both Lower Control Arms and both Tension Struts. I declined to have those repairs done. When I got back home, I took my car to my local mechanic, whom I have been going to for years, to look at the arms and struts. He informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with either. I cannot understand why I was told those repairs were needed. The next question asks if I would recommend this dealer to a friend. My answer is yes AS LONG AS you know exactly what repairs are needed. I would recommend this dealership and would strongly recommend that the person asks for Cameron to be their Service Advisor. I cannot sing his praises enough!
