I'd like to thank Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, specifically Jeff Issner service adviser. I took my car in and had recall repairs done and I'm able to say the car runs like a dream. I've been dealing with Hollywood Chrysler Jeep for 7 years and my experiences have been good. I must also say that salesman Leslie Gray was very helpful when a bought a new car a year ago(there was no BS). I was able to find what I liked, afford what I found, and to this day I haven't had any problems other than recall issues.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Miami Lakes Auto Mall. I can't thank enough Michael the sale representative..From the start, he was incredible , amazing and attentive to all my needs. I brought in my Ram 1500 to repair a totally dead HVAC system and the technician quickly determined the bad parts. Angelo Gamundi, the service advisor contacted me for approval, advising me the one part would take several days to come in. He was very responsive when I contacted him for an update and when the part came in early he quickly arranged the install and contacted me to advise when I could pick up the truck. The only real negative was that a service tech left an empty drink cup in one of the drink holders.

Chris Piriz got me a great deal, and saved me the hassle of negotiating when I got there.

The service was professional. I recommend it. Mr. Tomas served me. He's from AutoNation in Pembroke Pines. They treat you like family and solve your problem.
