Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy.
