Hello. I have a 2007 Chevy Cobalt. It's rated a Consumer Reports WORST BUY! I've been waiting for the darn thing to die for a few years now. I heard what the mechanic called a "squeegee" noise when I was steering so I took my car in knowing that Cobalts have power steering issues. The inspection of my car was extremely thorough and the explanation of the problem was excellent. There was no charge for the inspection and diagnosis of my issue as no official labor was required. While I am disappointed that my cobalt is still running fine, I am very impressed with the service I received. Please keep in mind that I initially called the service department where I purchased the Cobalt but they did not respond to my message. I will be back to Lambert to purchase from Jim Sdono some time in the near future.
My sales Rep Marcus Ridley was beyond awesome. I'm picky and indecisive, he was extremely patient & knowledgeable about his job. I would definitely recommend folks here. I purchased my Jeep here & the service levels have always been great. Everyone is professsional & is quick to help. I brought the Jeep in for an oil change (which was covered under warranty) & asked for a tire rotation which was a little pricey ($29) & to change the air filter ($50!). $50 for an air filter change is too much for a product that costs $18 and took me, someone with an average level of car exp, around 15 minutes to change it myself. Which I happily did. Main point is that I would absolutely return to purchase another vehicle here in the future but once the warranty expires y???all have to have competitive prices for me to bring the Jeep for normal maintenance service. I get it, your a dealership, but maybe some costs need to be reviewed/adjusted in order to bring in more regular maintenance customers.

From my 2007 Cummins Diesel through the 2009, 2012 (RAM Big Horn 1500s) and my current 2015 RAM Power Wagon, I have found it extremely difficult to find satisfactory Service for a Power Wagon in Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb or Gwinnett. However, Heather Kratky and Darrell Wilson have a solid Tech Crew that can work on my RAM Power Wagon unlike the dealership I purchased it. Though the Power Wagon is tricky to work on, I highly recommend Hendrick Dodge, Jeep, RAM of Duluth for great service in Metro Atlanta above the other 4 dealerships I have paid my money.
My heart dropped when my jeep broke down on vacation, July 4th week. I had AAA tow it to the closest jeep dealer and prayed for the best. I called and let them know it was on its way, they told me they were short staffed due to the holiday but they would try to work me in. I don't know if they heard the panic in my voice, they had it in and out in a day. I have never dealt with this dealership before this, so all I can say is Thank you to the service department you guys are awesome.

This being my 5th new car in 10 years, I never, ever thought I would ever say this but... I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE of shopping at Colonial Subaru. I can honestly and confidently say that I will never recommend or purchase from a dealer other than this one. Granted, this is my first Subaru so maybe the experience is great with all Subaru dealers but I have never felt so accommodated, informed, and respected while shopping for a car. The staff there - especially Gaby, Patrick (or the guy that helped clear up my Equifax issue), Chris, other Chris, and Floyd are the people to know! They were super helpful and never pushy. I strongly recommend Colonial Subaru as my experience there was exceptional!
Last month I started the truck shopping. I made contact with a dealer in South GA that my dad was buying from and dealer in Gainesville, FL where I live. I was looking for a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT. Both of the dealers were within $500 for comparable trucks; however, the dealer in Gainesville informed me that the only way to buy from them was to finance through GM which I found odd. I knew there was an additional rebate for financing through GM, but was not happy about being forced to. I also wasn???t wanting to drive 4hrs to buy in GA if I could find a similar deal closer. That???s when I decided to send an online inquiry to several dealers within a couple hours of Gainesville. Coggin was one of them. The next morning I got a call from PJ. He was very nice and told me he thought he could find me what I was looking for and he did. I filled out an online credit app at 4:30 that afternoon. At 5 he asked if I wanted the truck that day. I informed him that I didn???t want to drive 1.5 hrs that night and it would be later that weekend before I could get it due to my work schedule. He said that he didn???t expect me to come get it and offered to have a salesman deliver it. At 9pm Walle the salesman delivered the truck to me. My wife and I filled out the paperwork at our dining room table and Walle took my trade back with him. I have since followed up with both PJ and Walle after the sale on a couple of things that they???ve both been more than willing to assist with. Ive bought many cars over the years both new and used, but these two guys and this dealership so far have been the best I???ve ever done business with! Thanks guys!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
