The reason I went to Stephen Wade was that a friend had advised to go there and ask if they could match a pending deal for a Ram truck that was offered by a dealer in Phoenix. That deal had seemed to good to be true - a chance in a lifetime. But timing and circumstances made it difficult to make the drive to Utah and I was not certain that this dealer would honor the price of the 2017 Ram and the trade-in they had offered for my truck online
So I drove the short distance to Stephen Wade and they spent a lot of time with me - talking about trucks and cars and rebates and looking for available vehicles on their lot that came close to what I had in mind. And they opined that maybe the deal in Phoenix was just to attract customers and not valid.
What they did was locate a 2017 Ram truck, base model, that I liked and said they would order it and gave me a good price,. And they checked out my truck and told me the amount they would offer for that trade-in.
I was disappointed at the trade-in value. I had not cleaned it up and cleared out my stuff because I was not really looking to buy - just checking them out.
But I liked the truck - as it appeared on paper, having tested a similar truck - so I accepted and we began the sale process and then it appeared that truck was no longer available.
They located another of the same model with a more amenities at a higher price.
I did not care for the extra features and I wavered - and they lowered the price and added rebates and it came to almost as good as the tentative offer in Phoenix, and by this time I was excited about getting a new truck.
So I accepted and signed the papers.
Then I regretted the decision since it will put me farther into debt and the Veterans Administration has decided to ignore some medical expenses for surgery by a doctor outside the VA. which I had expected to get them to pay.
A friend advised me to go back to Stephen Wade and tell them I want to cancel the deal because it was not a good move for me financially.
I did so.
They told me there was no 3-day window to return a new vehicle in Utah, as the friend has suggested. But they worked on it and came back with an offer to effectively raise the trade-in allowance on my old truck and refund the increase in cash.
I figured I could use this to make a couple monthly payments on debts and by then my situation would be more stable and so I was happy to accept.
Then the truck arrived and I cleaned out my old truck and drove there and made the exchange.
They took some time to explain features of the new truck, changes in technology that I will take time for me to get accustomed to.
And they have called me since to check on how I am doing with the new truck.
Mostly I am pleased at the amount of time and trouble they went to get me comfortable with the truck and the deal.
And I love the truck.
My wife and I bought a vehicle on 12 Jan 2018. Our salesperson was Rolando Marsh . He was such a professional person. We told him what we could put down and how much that we wanted our payments to be. He came through and got my wife the car she wanted and the color.The whole staff that night was great. I even talked sports with Tim the Vikings fan and Nate in finance was awesome also. Thanks guys .

This is my 5th Rover I've purchased in the last 4 years; both from Private sellers and Dealerships...this is the 2nd one in the past year from this dealership and I have to say it's been awesome! I highly suggest Land Rover Denver and more importantly, go and see Jordan Schlabach in their Sales Department! Jordan made the buying experience extremely easy and not "pushy" at all. He respected my request to communicate via email in the beginning because I was on a business trip and phone calls would not work well. When I got back to Denver, I called Jordan and told him I wanted to come down and take a look at the car we were talking about....and I stressed "Just Look". I went down and he made me feel so comfortable I ended up going home with my second new Range Rover is 12 months!!!! Any Regrets???? NONE Thanks Jordan Schlabach!!!!

I placed my order for a new 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk on the 1st of September 2018. I picked it up from the Dealership on the 17th of November 2018. Everything was already completed prior to arriving at the Dealership, the Protection Package, Pre-Approved financing. It only took my wife and I about 30 to 45 minutes to finalize all of the Paperwork. This is the 3rd new Jeep vehicle that we have purchased from Crystal Lake Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in the last year and a half. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
We had been searching for a Ford Edge for approximately 5 months! We had been to over 6 dealers from near and far (farthest was 45miles). I had filled putt one of those forms on Auto Trader "Find it if this car is still available". That day I remembered filling out 2 at the same time. I received a call back from Bill Kay with in 5 minutes. Frustrated, I answered anyways. I was up front and honest and said "listen, I've met with many car salesmen. I know what I want, and I'm just looking for the right price and the right trade in amoun, because I'm upside down." Little Joe was very convincing over the phone, and at first I was very skeptical but he was so personal, so honest and willing to help I HAD to stop in and see if this guy could actually help us out. With in an hour in a half, deal was made. Price was right, it was exactly what I wanted and my trade in was everything I had hoped for. He even was able to get me from 17% to 4.0%. I couldn't have been happier! Not even a month later, we returned and purchased another new vechile! Same situation, best price great trade in value and monthly payments on the dot at 0%. I'm a customer for life! No doubt about it! I'm so glad I went to Bill Kay!
Came in just to look at the vehicles they had to offer and was definitely surprised with the service I received from John! Normally at car dealerships you have to deal with pressure sales pitches but he was extremely professional & helped me with all my questions & made me feel basically like family & not one pressure sales pitch. Definitely recommend him if you visit here! He said he's new & he's already doing a great job with my experience.
Their team is great! I actually enjoy buying my car from them. Randy Mock is a good car salesman and treated me very well. He had to work hard to find the car I wanted. It was not easy. When I stop in for service at your shop, I always go over and say Hi to Randy! I enjoy talking with him.
The main reason I buy cars from Classic Cadillac - (This is my second) is because of their service center and 'Big Chad'. He does a great job and is a huge asset for the dealership. Big Chad has always treated me very professionally and has always done right by me and my car. He is a good person and the main reason I buy from Classic Cadillac. Even though I only know him through the short amount of time I spend at their service center to drop off and pick up my car, I can say that I trust him. That is key for me or I assume anyone when bringing your car in for service.

I was not planning on buying a vehicle when I left home to see the new Jeeps; but they sell themselves. The Latitudes are very impressive SUV's. They drive nice and tight and have plenty of power.
