I have had many vehicles in my lifetime with that being said, I can honestly tell you I have seen them all the scammers the xxxxxxxx the bait and switch adding fee's to your loan after you signed a contract. Well this place Certified Headquarters I have to say is the best I have ever been to. I called them asked them about a vehicle no games or tactics were played. I drove about 1 hour out of my way by passing all these other morons that I know will rip me off. I have to say I am glad I did we were met wit professionals from the sales floor all the way to the finance department. I dealt with Steve, and Jay. Very down to earth people the entire staff made us a family of 5 welcome and felt at home. We were in/out in under 1 hour and drove home that day with a great vehicle. It's been about 6 months now and they still call my home to ask how everything is going. They also remind me if I have any problems just call they will work with me. purchased 0n 5/26/2018 and love how we were treated every dealer and car sales company should work this way. No pressure just honest good people thank you all at Certified we are updating a review to show how thankful we are happy holidays. Best cars best deals next time when I am in the market I know where to go.
It was a joy to work with Jay Wolk and Rita Curtis. When I unexpectedly had to get a new vehicle--fast-- they helped get me into a lease that works for my budget and a beautiful car I know I will love driving. Rita thoroughly addresses my questions about leasing before I came in to test drive the car. And, she worked with me to get everything in place quickly. Jay went over every inch and feature of the vehicle before letting me drive off the lot. It was amazing--I hit the road with my phone and tunes loaded on my car-- and secure in the knowledge I knew all my new vehicle had to offer. And, he made sure I downloaded the road side assistance app to my phone too. Friendly, polite, professional, knowledgable, and experienced. Jay and Rita are an A+ team. I just picked up a 2008 jeep liberty from My Auto for my daughter.After looking for months and coming across lots of disappointments at other places I am so happy we pulled in My Auto Inc. and was greeted by laura a wonderful and helpful person, she showed us few jeeps and my daughter and I chose a low mileage liberty in excellent condition for a very fair price and no extra fees added.After choosing the jeep laura introduced us to the owner Andy and he was very professional and got us 2.34% financing.We couldn't be happier ,they really made my daughters first car purchase a wonderful and easy experience.She is going to recommend all her friends looking for cars to you.Thank you guys.

From start to finish, this was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Andy knows what he's doing for sure! He recommended the bank that we got our financing through, and the paperwork took less than an hour to complete when we picked up the car. There was a small mechanical problem that was fixed immediately, and he couldn't have been nicer or more thorough. Great big thanks to Andy and Laura (I hope I got that right)!
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?
I have bought several Fords from this dealership and never really felt the urge to write a review but after my last experience I felt I should share. I bought a 2017 F 150 , long story short it turned out to be a lemon. This was Ford's fault not the dealer, they did all they could to keep me happy and worked w me until I had enough and went after corporate to buy it back , which they eventually did. The process was painful and miserable. Ford corporate lost a customer in me and my wife. When I explained this to the dealer , Danny the GM and Vincent the Business Manager did what it would take to keep me in a Ford. They cared enough to pick up the slack when corporate was dropping the ball. I would highly recommend this dealership.
