Their inventory is not updated on cars.com so the Jeep I went there for was not available. I specifically wanted a car with low mileage and at an affordable price, which is what I found on cars.com. I was guaranteed that whatever vehicle I received from them would be in good condition and will last for years to come. Frank showed me a couple of vehicles in my price range. I settled on one and paid cash for it. When I came for the test drive, I noticed something didn’t work and Frank got on it right away. I know Jeeps have a bad rep so I’m a little hesitant but Frank and Don did a lot to reassure me I’ll be good. Given the reassurances I received from what feels like honest dealers, I’m hopeful that I’ll be happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a Jeep, I highly recommend going to Auto Expo.

Even purchasing a used car can feel nerve-racking, as pushy sales tactics are common in both situations. My daughter has always dreamed of owning a Jeep, so we decided to make that dream a reality as part of her birthday and graduation gift—something practical for her to commute to college. We visited several dealerships during our search, including Auto Expo, which we returned to at least three times. Each time, the staff was polite, helpful, and—most importantly—never pushy. They took the time to explain what to look for in a Jeep and which model years to avoid. Sometimes, you just know when you’ve found the right one. We spoke with Don, who offered us a very fair price right away—something I appreciated after having done plenty of comparison shopping. He guided us through the financing process and helped us secure a warranty, making everything smooth and stress-free.
