Used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale near Glenwillow, OH

I took my car to do a oil change for the fisrt time. I think it was too much time to do just an oil change. Almost 2 1/2 hours. Other thatn that, the place looks good.

I purchased it used in 2022, it had 76k and now has 96 in 2025. It's 4wd with the 5.7 Hemi in the Overland trim. It hasn't given me any trouble.

Appointment was made for only 2 days after call. Pickup and delivery smooth. Happy with all aspects of this service.

A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.

I have a 2024 Chevy Trax that needed to be towed due to a faulty battery. The dealership was backed up for at least 9 days, which meant I wasn?t able to even get a rental. I stressed to Paul that I didn?t have any other transportation or a way to get to work! I was stressed out! However, Paul wax very understanding and was able to calm my fears of not being able to get to work. He did all he could and my car was fixed the next day and I was able to drive it home. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close...
