EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

He had all the paperwork prepared for when we arrived, and it only took an hour total to get everything done. I went in to Pellegrino in hopes of purchasing a jeep I found online and Patrick graciously assisted me during my process. I did not end up liking the original Jeep I went to see but Patrick had 2 others he was able to show me. He was very patient and diligent while working with me, allowing me to test drive the vehicles, and especially during the buying process. He did all that he could to allow me to drive me Jeep off of the lot that day and to make sure I left satisfied with my payments which I was extremely grateful for. He is truly a wonderful person.

Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. He does what ever it takes to take care of his customer and it is very much appreciated. When I go in I deal with him only, it???s worth it to wait for him. He is the main reason I go there for service.
