Purchased a used 2015 Ford F150 2WD from Crazy Cheap Cars. After I found the truck on their well-designed website, I visited their lot and was greeted by Stephen Thweatt (great saleman BTW) who made me feel comfortable and confident from the test drive to the purchase and on thru delivery. They asked the kind of questions that someone would ask as if they were trying to make sure I was buying the right vehicle, which I found amazing. They openly discussed their business model which was not something you get at every dealership - gained my trust. Everybody there had a consistent customer focus and will tell you what they can and can't do - fair enough. Their pricing is very fair and was below NADA/KBB values. When I asked they explained everything that went into their lower price, pointing out things like slightly worn tires, scratches, etc.) so you know exactly what you're getting. I've never seen that before and appreciated the honestly. Also gave me fair value for my trade in. At delivery, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and the mechanics went over the truck to make sure everything was right. I am a satisfied customer and will be buying again from Crazy Cheap Cars - THANKS GUYS!!!

I never liked the cherokees. My previous SUV a pathfinder served us well for 13 years. Thought we would be driving another but took a cherokee for a test drive and we were sold. We picked the limited with the six and boy does it move. Regular gas a major plus , all the bells n whistles of the pathfinder and better mileage to boot.

2016 4runner Limited .Changed my mind and received offer from Basil Toyota of Lockport, trading up to a 2016 4 Runner Limited, from my 2015 SR5 Premium. They let me take it for the night to work as mine was down for tire repair, and next day gave me a trade deal that I could not refuse. Thanks to everyone from Jamie, Chris, and Mike in sales, to Steve in service for letting me know of promotional deal in first place, and Jim in service for taking care of me with my 2015 to begin with. Also, a trustworthy finance guy in George. It never hurts to have quick, honest explanation of add-on service packages. James, a manager was overly gracious. I’ve owned a 2017 GC Limited 4x2 for a year and loved it. I decided to buy a lightweight camper but without the tow package I was not able to pull what I wanted. I traded it in on an 2017 Overland 4x4 with the Harmon Kardon sound system and I’m on top of the world. Now I can get a bigger camper! The panarama roof is the best feature I enjoy the most.

Looking for a vehicle in the WNY area is difficult if you dont have money down, good credit or a decent trade. So when my quest began to find a vehicle this place poped up, and I decided to check it out easier said than done since I traveled 40 miles one way to look. Walking in I thought it was an average dealership. If you're not one who wants to be hassled, shop here first. The salesman came out and greeted me, asked if needed anything, but was carful not to pester me, which I liked. When it came time to talk about a few of the trucks I was interested in , the salesman , Bill, was knowledgeable , courteous, and was willing to answer anything I asked. Bill would give a truthful answer, and if he didn't know, he looked it up instead of giving me an opinion or some run of the mill phrase. The selection is awesome with everything Cars to trucks varying prices and mileage. Lets all be honest- a vehicle is the worst investment we will ever make. This being said they have something to suit most budgets and interests. Obviously a dealership has to make money ( they got bills to pay too) , but most if not all vehicles on the lot are priced very reasonably. When it came time for me to buy , long story short they neogiatied a fair price for truck which I am now the proud owner of. There were a few small hiccups (part of the negotiating process) but they did some leg work and got my to the price I wanted. After the deal I took it to my trusted mechanic ; he replaced a small part ( they would have covered it but it was cheaper for me to go this route), but after a very detailed inspection the truck came back clean as a whistle. Hands down would shop here before going anywhere else. My experience was great in sure yours will be too.

I usually avoid dealerships (for a variety of reasons) but when three warning lights came on the dash of my Rabbit, I figured I'd better bring it to the dealer on the way home from work. I couldn't believe that I could name a time--that day-- and they were able to accommodate me. I was very pleased with the experience. Tony, the service mgr, was very friendly and efficient. The facility was sparkling clean (well, it is new) and I enjoyed a fancy coffee while watching the news. By the time I'd taken my last sip, my car was ready. I will definitely be back, having revised my opinion of dealers, haha.

Things had turned around for us--in regards to purchasing 2009 Nissan Sentra. On March 3 2018, another buyer had purchased the car from under us(did not get an opportunity to even see the car) Was not the the dealership's fault. However, come Monday--the following week. The deal fell through.(buyer was not able to take delivery,personal reasons) My son and myself were able to drive from Rochester to Batavia, in order to meet Mr. Pellegrino. They showed kindness, compassion, and beyond. Mr. Pellegrino provided a rather detailed history record on the Nissan, and mentioned to us about the parts that were replaced. (Super Job) From our personal experience, these guys were great, even though I was not at first.(my apologies) Thank you again Pellegrino Auto. Fine group of people.

Nice styling- unlike some of the newer, outlandish Japanese & GM crossovers that look like they were designed by Stevie Wonder. . It's a real SUV -as it has as real 4WD with a low range-I can go anywhere with confidence. . Entertainment system and Nav are much more intuitive that that on my Audi. Has huge fuel tank- can go over 600 miles on the hwy.

Unfortunately they sold the vehicle I was looking at the day before but advised me they received one very similar and she would let me know the price. The most fun car I have ever owned. The engine is its biggest attraction. 6.4 L naturally aspirated. You can hear it breathe and has lightning-quick response. (Sounds better than the 6.2 L with supercharger of the Trackhawk version in my opinion). It has 3 lives: very soft with hardly touching the throttle until 2200 rpm. A mid band up to 4000 rpm with plenty of torque - good for overtaking etc. Above 4000 rpm pedal to the floor: raw and loud beasty mode. Handling es excellent. Had a BMW X5 (4.8 L) in the past as well. The Jeep SRT is much more fun, as practical as the BMW, but more reliable and cheaper to maintain. Improvements to the Jeep grand Cherokee SRT? Could do with a front camera to help with low parking ridges. Mirrors should fold automatically, not on a pushbutton. Most of all however: Jeep should not put the Pirelli run flats on as standard fit: strong tires, but very noisy and not particularly grippy in the corners. I hear other owners say Yokohamas (Parada Spec X) and Hankook (Ventus ST-RH-06) , both non run-flats, are better. Overall a car that is very easy to live with in daily life, with some fun added by the fantastic engine and drivetrain.

I have owned 3 Grand Cherokee Limiteds (94, 05 & 2018) and all have been great—I have driven each of the older vehicles over 10 years with minimal issues. The V8 engine performance has always been exceptional and each Jeep has been comfortable, responsive and very reliable. The 18 model is the best one yet—it is the 25th anniversary “Sterling” model, black with silver leather interior and a 5.7 liter “hemi” engine. The technology in this Jeep is state of the art. I love it, have owned it for a year with no issues and will probably keep it 10 years+.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2017 dark sapphire blue Buick Enclave. Our salesman, Brian Kelley did a phenomenal job of assisting us throughout the entire process from start to finish! Brian is friendly and very knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions and made us feel confident purchasing our new SUV. He accompanied us on our test drive, filled out our paperwork to buy our vehicle and took care of the registration, insurance, and title, and even put on our new plates before we drove off in our new SUV. Travis Bush from finance did an excellent job handling all of our financing and gave us a fantastic deal with our extended warranty and Ziebart platinum shield package. He is friendly and very efficient and really went the extra mile handling all aspects of our purchase. We highly recommend Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC for what ever your vehicle needs are! They have a large assortment of aggressively priced vehicles. We found our vehicle on their on line website that was easy to use and it had incredible pictures that really helped us find the perfect vehicle with the perfect price. We are loving our Buick Enclave and are completely 💯 satisfied!!!

Jen was amazing to work with, worked hard and fast to find us a new safe vehicle for our family of three. We didn't intend to leave with a new car that day but she made it possible. The entire process took us about 3 hours. We went pre approved from our bank but Travis was able to get us an even better rate. He fought to make sure we got the best rate possible and kept our payments right where we wanted them to be. The entire process with them was quick and painless, everything/one you would need is right in the office (no running to the DMV!) We will definitely be recommending to our family and friends. After test driving 4 new and used vehicles and comparing prices at other WNY dealers, we purchased a very low miles, 1 owner, off lease 2015 Chevy Equinox LT from Bidleman Chevrolet last week. Our sales rep Brian Kelley was very patient, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase before and after the sale. That included honoring my request to have the service department put the vehicle up on a hoist for a visual inspection by me and my favorite service tech ( not going to mention his name because they are all excellent). The entire process was very pleasant and we had the opportunity interact with the entire sales and service team. The sales manager, gave us a very fair trade-in number for our nearly 11 year Chevy HHR we purchased 10 years ago. We would highly recommend Bidleman for your next new or used vehicle purchase.
