High Five to my Saleslady.... Tamera went way above and beyond to get me in the vehicle that I was looking at... Actually booted a Sales Manager out of the car for the night, to make sure it was at the dealership that evening for us to take a look at. Then, met me at 8:00 AM on her day off to get the deal across the finish line.
This is the second time we have bought a car at Corwin Dodge. Bill Strong has been the salmon for both. He has always treated us as friends instead of just customers. He lets the car sell itself and does not use high pressure tactics. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend Bill to any of my friends!
The dealership was great from very beginning. I found my truck on the internet. Jamie contacted me very next day answered all my questions and sent pictures of the vehicle. Great service and all around great treatment at Don Vance Auto Sales in Marshfield, MO. Dan Miller answered my request on Cars.com about a Lincoln Town Car. He was very helpful and an all-around nice fellow. I bought the Lincoln I had inquired about and so far am very happy with my purchase.
I found a vehicle on the internet that I was interested in. When I called the dealership, I spoke with Dustin. He was very helpful in answering my questions. We agreed on the specifics before I ever saw the vehicle with an understanding that his description needed to be accurate. I drove 3 hours to the dealership to see the truck and finalize the purchase. Dustin had described the vehicle very accurately and I was pleased after inspecting the truck. They have a great selection of used trucks and I recommend visiting the dealership to pick one out. Had I not picked mine out before visiting, I would have had a hard time selecting one because there were 3 or 4 that I would have considered.
I had gone to 4 different dealerships shopping for a new RAM. Ended up at Don Vance in Marshfield. It was an hour and a half drive but ended up being worth it. Adam Clair was the absolute best. I took up 6 hours of his time and he never once was impatient with me. He never rushed, pushed or pressured me. I also feel like he got me the best possible trade-in value for the car I treaded it.
Overall it was a comfortable experience and I look forward to doing business with Don Vance in the future.

Having endured bad experiences at a crosstown competitor, I appreciate their attention to detail and apparent level of personal care. The waiting area was bright and conducive for me to do work while waiting on them to finish. They were fairly accurate with their estimation of completion, which was fine by me, because I wanted them to prioritize quality work over timeliness. This was only my second visit, but I was pleased with the first one, and so far, I'm pleased with the second one.
The crew at Youngblood are friendly and take care of everything needing done on your vehicle. I highly recommend Youngblood???s service center. They are a trustworthy service center and make a point of greeting you by name.
I walked in and was helped right away, told him what I wanted to test drive and off we went. Eric Perryman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and if we hadn't have had to wait for my husband to get off work and meet us to do the paperwork I feel the whole buying process would have been done in about an hour and a half lol.
