Brought my RAM 2500 in for repair after the check engine light came on due to a faulty thermostat. Since the parts were on backorder they reconciled 2 open recalls and washed my truck. Kevin in the service department is always great and keeps me updated anytime I bring any of my vehicles in for service.

Rich Burdich was the salesman that helped me through the whole process, and it was a PROCESS. I'm from a different state but Falveys was in possession of a sportscar with the exact specs that I wanted, so I made the trip, and it was well worth the miles.
I would have definetly buy another vehicle from Falveys, but only if they happen to get a wicked Shelby, or Ford haha! Thanks again Mr. Burdich, look forward to doing business in the future!

I've been driving Chargers/300s since 2005. For 7 years I've wanted a 300 AWD and found it here. Knew what I wanted and walked in. The sales rep, Derreck, was helpful, low pressure and most of all, attentive to my concerns, requests and most importantly, my timeline and availability. Having a sales rep who respects your time and choices on where to shop cannot be understated. Bald Hill won me over to Chrysler/Dodge in 2005 and won me over again in 2018. Over the years, this dealership has never disappointed. As for financing, they found an incredibly good rate by shopping local banks!

I purchased my 2014 Town & Country new from Bald Hill Dodge. I get all my oil changes there and love the packages that they offer. The service is fast but even if it wasn't, the facilities offer comfy furniture, coffee, snacks, tv, newspaper, a clean bathroom etc. I enjoy having the time to sit and relax. The staff is very professional and friendly. At my last oil change, I was advised that my front brake pads were starting to wear and would probably need service in the near future. Several months later, I needed to have my car inspected and decided to schedule the brake pads for both axles at that time. When I was approaching my service date, I was given an adviser. Patricia texted me to let me know that I could contact her via phone or text for the duration of my service. I contacted her to explain about the brakes. She was very helpful. She told me to let them inspect the brakes first before scheduling the brake pad replacement. It was great advice. She contacted me later to advise of that my front pads passed inspection but were a little over 3mm and my back pads were over 4mm. After discussing with her, I decided to change the front rotors and pads as we will be going into winter soon. She assured me that I could wait until after the holidays to address my back brakes. I told her that I saw an online coupon for brake pad replacement. This wasn't exactly my scenario since it was a price for brake pad replacement not a coupon for money off. She told me that they would give me a $50 discount and she had already printed out the coupon for me. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated her constant contact and updates to me. I have always felt that I am a valued customer every time I call or walk through the door at Bald Hill Dodge.
I found the staff to be professional, well organized and courteous. I came in from out of state to test drive a vehicle. It was ready and available when I arrived as was Louie Ruggieri who was waiting for me prepared to start the buying process. The entire team was accommodating and I was able to complete the purchase and drive away with the vehicle on a Sunday. Very good experience.
I am very disappointed with this location because online and on the entenace door it clearly states that they are open until 5pm. So, I left work early to get an oil change and arrived at 4:39 pm, I was told by the gentleman that they are cleaning up to go home! And that they start cleaning up at 4:30pm and can't change my oil. If your not open until 5pm why advertise that you are? And I came in 9 mins "too late". It would've been nice if he had some common courtesy and serviced my car since there were no cars being worked on. Honestly, worst experienece.
Everyone who helped me today was fabulous! I walked in with many questions running around in my head, and no expectations, then walked out with a GREAT trade in value and a brand new vehicle! The sales reps were phenomenal! And guided me through the whole process. For the small amour I had to finance, I feel I got a good deal and again, the finance manager stepped me through all of that. I left confident I had made the right decisions for ME.
