Because I found the car I wanted to buy on line, and handled all of my research in advance, I just needed to test drive it, open the hood (as if I knew what I was looking for), and make the deal. With a little on-line sleuthing and a visit to other dealers for the same/similar car (and of course, more cars.com searches) I came to my happy place with the price they offered. Getting financing (needed just a bit) was easy, and saying no to all the add-ons was also easy, with no high-pressure push to add various pre-paid maintenance options. I’ve since had the car checked by my mechanic and he confirmed what the dealer’s “50 point” checkup showed. Could not be happier with the whole process.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. It was a great experience getting a car here, Ada was amazing! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a a car dealer, no pressure, fair numbers and a very positive vibe from the whole staff. Definitely coming back to their service department.

Overall, customer service was good which to me is by far the most important. I only had one issue and that was after getting my oil changed the next day the cover on the oil pan was dragging possibly to due to not putting it back on right. I took it to them the very next day and they managed to take care of it no questions asked. I also managed to have my tires swapped out for all new tires , as they managed to give me a decent price on them including installation. Communication was definitely great and I appreciate their service. I would definitely recommend dependable dodge to anyone looking to buy a car.

I had my car serviced at Dependable Dodge yesterday and it was a quick and friendly service. The car was done earlier than expected and they kept me updated on the progress all along. Their electronic interface is cutting edge. I received appointment reminders before my appointment, received a confirmation when I dropped the car off and then received a prompt notification when my car was ready. David, the service advisor, was great. I highly recommend having your car serviced at Dependable Dodge. It's a great dealership all around!

The seller was very nice to us when we ask questions he was very nice to answer them and give us a great response that would make us understand what the car had and what it didn’t have and he took his time to explain everything well you.
