The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!
Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if I'd ever driven one. I replied I hadn't so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!
I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Chris and Tyler were especially courteous and made our buying experience the best we've ever had from a car dealership. In case you're thinking, "Duh, when you buy something that expensive, they have to kiss your @$$," we bought a used Jeep for less than 30K. They're just good people, regardless of who you are or what you're buying.
I brought my 458 Italia into the showroom to be serviced last month. Bill provided me excellent service and my car was returned to be in beautiful condition. Johann helped me with my leasing of the new CRV. We have always gone to Johann for all our car buying as he is very informative and is easy to work with. Shopping for a Certified Pre-Owned GT Coupe I came in contact with almost all the dealers in California during the process. Beverly Hills Bentley was wonderful to work with and was much quicker to respond than any of the others. They wanted my business. I made contact initially with someone over the phone who then provided me all the information I needed. I asked a ton of questions and she answered all of them. She found a car that met my needs in their inventory. FYI, this dealership has more cars than any of the other dealers. I came in, loved the car and was driving home an hour later. Their finance department was great and shopped hard to find me the best rate. I was pleasantly surprised at the price we worked out for the car, they gave me a great deal. The entire experience was excellent. They sell a lot of Bentleys here and its no surprise, very easy to work with and very professional. I'll be back for sure

a reminder, when you tell me that it will not take but another 25 minutes for an update, that is fine, but when you come back to me 2-3 times, that is not fine, that should have been on another service day.
Even though I live on the west side of LA county and have the choice to utilize a local service provider, I travel to Pasadena for service because of the excellent service provided by Rusnak of Pasadena.
