Michael Kajdanowski, our Sales Professional, created an enjoyable and stress free experience during our selection and purchase of our new vehicle. His demeanor and vast knowledge set us immediately at ease. We were able to inspect different vehicles and options, comparing specifics and referring back to our extensive research. Once we finalized our decision, the purchase transaction was professionally presented, streamlined, and honest. Pricing and available discounts were clarified, in detail, including the rationale behind each line item. We visited two other Lincoln dealerships in the week prior to our visit to Wickstrom Auto Group. In addition, two days earlier we were prepared to drive to a third dealership after exchanging numerous e-mails which included a trade-in value and final price only to learn the vehicle sold while in the midst of determining an appointment time. We decided to visit Wickstrom Auto Group due to their inventory; their online inventory included a minimum of three vehicles that met our parameters, and we hoped the two hour drive was worth the probability of availability. It was a sound decision. Once on site, Michael offered and completed a search that combined all of the options we preferred from the targeted vehicles. He did indeed locate one, but we elected to purchase our original top selection. We were allowed time and privacy to discuss our decision, absent of any dread that often times can be associated with a dealership representative's interactions. We actually welcomed Michael's inquisitive nature as it benefited our experience. The open concept inside of the dealership was welcoming and completely unique to anything we have experienced prior. The conversations were relaxed and the capability of viewing documents on the wall screen created an all inclusive atmosphere. It always takes a team to complete a financial transaction of this multitude, and everyone involved was close by due to the showroom design format. The Finance Manager, Nick Gerling, was proficient and respectful. The transaction processed quickly and they completed all of the needed tasks with the information we provided. We did not have to place any calls to our insurance company or financial institution as everything was executed for us. It was unlike any other past dealership purchase. Michael continued to accomplish a few requests we had, and once we were officially the owners of the Nautilus he mentored us on the multitude of functions and operation of the vehicle. He assisted us in programming our preferences and his patient and fun personality never wavered throughout our orientation. We will forever remember the "taco holder". To spend hours driving to and from Barrington, Illinois to finalize a major investment would assumedly be an unpleasant necessity in order to obtain a goal. We actually left the dealership commenting how fortunate we were the first three dealership inquiries failed. To further add to our positive interactions, the communication in the following days has been stellar. We would like to offer our congratulations to the entire team that makes Wickstrom who they are, and our gratitude to Michael for introducing himself to us.

Uzi and Carlos are great to work with! Uzi was very informative about the Chrysler Pacifica. He told us all the differences between models. Made our decision to buy from him an easy choice. Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Exceptional experience from the time of inquiry. The Jeep I had originally inquired about through an online query sold that same day. Immediately, Jared started helping find alternative cars that met our needs which involved contacting other dealerships to find a match for us. Within two days, THE JEEP for us had been found! He had a giant red bow put on it for the grand reveal to my daughter which was priceless. The customer service from everyone in the dealership was phenomenal- everyone was attentive to our questions, the purchasing process was quick and painless, and there were frequent communications. The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.

Sales staff professional. All questions answered. History of interest vehicle reviewed. Nice experience. But, a better price was not offered to me. So I lost some interest. This visit was the initial phase of my research, so everything was expected.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!
