Sleek, fast, responsive, awesome handling; great trans, breaks, power. Looks mean an pretty at the same time. All my friends love it....almost as much as I do!
They were professional and respectful from beginning to end. Our salesman, Hunt Hamill, made buying a car fast, fun, and easy. No pressure, no games, no unwanted dealer-installed options. This was the third Acura dealer we tried, and wed definitely go back.

This car had fill all my needs, I will recommend anyone who is willing to buy a car with the future. I made a right choice for this car.
The people in the service department are very nice. They fully explained what service would/could be done on my car. In the end they did not need to do all the work that was initially planned - less cost to me. This tells me that it is an honest dealership as I would not have known what was need and what wasn't. Will definitely go back.

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.
EXCELLENT SERVICE, AS ALWAYS!! I COULDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER.

Plenty of power, nice luxury features, lots of interior room, great looks and very reliable so far. I recommend this vehicle if you need to transport your family but also want something that is fun to drive and has some luxury features and looks great.
Excellent setting and no hassle purchase and dealing with Edgar. Very surprised to experience such a smooth handling of vehicle purchase at an EXCELLENT dealership in this day and age. Mike in Finance was superb and so easy going gentlemen! Came away with excellent customer experience so much so that we would visit this dealership again for vehicle purchase even though it an hours way away!!

Very comfortable - great design - navigation system leaves room for improvement - exterior styling is great - great ride comfort , seating and interiors .

Everything is falling off of it. Junky tires- 5 Flat Tires in 10000 miles. Wind noise. Air bags quit. Roof Rubber comes off in car wash. Seats stain way easy just from everyday use. Had both front seats rebuilt in 5000 miles. Battery quit at 7000 miles. Left us stranded, not good. Over all a trash heap of a car. No more Toyotas for my wife and I … Hello Chrysler...
Fernando was AMAZING, you can tell he truely loves his job and loves the customers. He took his TIME to help me choose a car I wanted and wasn’t too pushy. I drove over an hour to come here and would definitely come back!

I bought a 2015 black 3.8 Genesis with all available options packages less than a week ago. So far it's great. I do wish the rear seats could be folded down, but the biggest complaint I have is that there's no way to install a cargo net in the trunk that will corral bags of groceries, so I'm now having to transport groceries on the back seat floor to keep them from falling over. That complaint aside, I like its acceleration, stability, comfort, features (maybe someday I'll get them all figured out -- there are many), sound system (17 speaker Lexicon), and pretty much everything else about it. And for the money I paid, I don't think I could have gotten a better deal on any other car.

Wish the car buying experience (regardless of where you purchase a car) could be a WHOLE lot easier and shorter - it's not, so it was really great that we were working with Lana and team. Made the time we spent at the dealership a lot nicer.
If you're looking to buy a car, I would recommend starting at Patrick Cars - and ask for Lana!

Engines recall-material left in engine during the build. Hyundai and their dealers are no help to you. Stay away from hyundai. Did not get any straight answers about the problems. Called customer help line and was on hold for 45 minutes and i gave up.

It is a wonderful car. It fits like a glove. Smooth ride. Bluetooth works perfectly. Get in and out smoothly. Recommend this car to anyone who loves driving.
Bought a car a year ago from Mike, very friendly and helpful in the buying process. Took the car back a year later due to some computer problems, spoke with Dan about the situation and he was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved, even offered us his own vehicle to use while ours was being repaired! We spoke with him about needing a new Van for our handicap children and all the specifications we needed. He said he would get on it and find us what we needed. A week later he had a van for us! He introduced us to Chuck his Ford Specialist to walk us through all of the new vans features and capabilities. He was wonderful! Very kind and helpful through the process , felt like he was very genuine. We appreciate all the time and attention that Dan, Mike and Chuck took in the whole car buying process. Thank you!!!!!!

Center CUE system doesn't work

My ex-wife and I own one as well as another person I met at a gas station while pumping gas asked me if my CUE system worked. All three of us have the same problem. This model should be recalled as I understand that the mechanic at a Cadillac dealer said that is a real problem that costs $1200.00 to repair. How long will Cadillac allow this defect to go on without fixing it. I go out of my way when asked by people that I meet how I like the car. I have taken it to a local Cadillac dealer and they as well says that it is a major problem. Cadillac has an undercurrent of very unhappy car owners sharing their opinion of the problem with all interested party"s. Not good publicity.

I had a Mitsubishi Galant previously had 217 thousand miles. That was a reliable car so I decided to stay with Mitsubishi. Like The Outlander comfortable ride easy to get in and out of. Has almost all the bells and whistles you'd want.

Car looks, feels, drives, like new. I had been looking for the model and year I wanted without much luck. I finally found it on Cars.com. And for $6,000.00 less than the previous cars I looked at. The whole deal took around two hours, and I already know where to buy my next car. The salesman, paper work, test drive were actually pleasurable. I actually called the salesman and thanked him. That’s a first. Everyone exceeded my expectations. It was definitely worth the two and a half hour drive to get there from Palm Bay.
