Our 2015 Explorer stared exhibiting electrical system issues and then wouldn't start. Don Wood Ford scheduled us immediately and diagnosed the problem as a bad battery instead of something more serious (and expensive). So, we'll just add this to the list of positive experiences. It gives us great piece of mind to know that they're there for us in emergencies as well as routine maintenance!

I'm from Utah and bought a truck unseen. The pictures didn't show everything that a used truck may have in wear in tear so that is where I asked questions about everything I was concerned about. The owner disclosed the things wrong with the vehicle and when I got it, it was just as he said. The truck is in very good condition and I know that I will get alot of years from this truck. The staff is super friendly!! However, I was shocked by the cost of my oil change. I’ve been a Honda owner until now and my oil changes were never more than $30 at Buckeye. Paying $70 is quite a bit more.
Coming back this Thursday as I have a coolant leak. Hoping for a good experience, thinking this should be covered under warranty.
We bought a 2005 Saturn Vue with over 263,000 miles. We got a very good deal. Catherine was a polite and professional sales associate. She put no pressure on us at all. Brandon was a great financial officer. We weren't expecting much out of the vehicle, it did have a couple very minor things that were easy to fix. It was very well kept up and a good clean car. Brandon haggled with me a little bit and made me feel like I got a better deal. I drove around 80 miles to get there and will do it again when I need another vehicle.
My experience was amazing! I dont have good credit, and was nervous, but everyone was so friendly and down to earth it made my car buying experience so much fun! Im in love with my suv (nissan rogue.) Randy really took the time to work with me and explain things, were upfront and honest, and i feel i got a very good deal. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Randy was amazing, and I feel they are prob all great, was up there for 2 hrs and talked casually with most the guys there and it was a very friendly atmosphere. I'm an EXTREMELY happy customer!
