Had a great experience here. My first time buying new and they tolerated me and my negotiations long enough to get me the deal I needed (or I was going back to used car buying). I stopped by twice this week and each time several friendly people were eager to help me. Though I didn't make the deal with Frank V., he helped with the paperwork and entertained me while waiting for financing and stuck around to get me in my new car and answer any final questions. I highly recommend this dealership. It was my best experience over others in the area - Zeigler actually talked about the price of the car first (and trade in negotiation) instead of muddling it all up and focusing on monthly payments. Norvell went out of his way to help me on his day off. And Lawrence in financing was a big help. Thanks again guys! Will send more people your way (don't worry, I won't come with 😄)!

I have owned 3 Grand Cherokee Limiteds (94, 05 & 2018) and all have been great—I have driven each of the older vehicles over 10 years with minimal issues. The V8 engine performance has always been exceptional and each Jeep has been comfortable, responsive and very reliable. The 18 model is the best one yet—it is the 25th anniversary “Sterling” model, black with silver leather interior and a 5.7 liter “hemi” engine. The technology in this Jeep is state of the art. I love it, have owned it for a year with no issues and will probably keep it 10 years+.

My salesperson was Walter on Dec. 28, 2017. I knew I wanted to buy a new Buick LaCrosse, but my 2011 trade-in was parked in our driveway needing engine work, and filled with paperwork, soft drinks in cans and bottles, shoes, clothing and family treasures - as I had spent significant time cleaning out my late brother's condominium. He had passed away suddenly and quite recently, and I was still feeling grief and stress. I thought I'd have to keep driving my rental car until I had time to clean out the car, or at least until the frigid weather had passed. But as Walter attentively listened to my predicament, he said he would gladly help me clean out the car, allowing me to drive it to the dealership and offer it as a trade-in. He was true to his word : He arrived the next morning, when the temperature was in the single digits, and happily worked and worked, while my gloved fingers and toes were getting numb, and I'm certain his were, too. I soon brought out coffee for us, and Walter began to jump the car's battery. He tried again and again, very patiently, to persuade the engine to turn over. After about half an hour of trying, he succeeded in starting the engine. Thus, I was able to drive the car to the dealership, with Walter following in his vehicle, to ensure that I made it safely. Once at Napleton’s Schaumburg Buick GMC, he proceeded to gather paperwork together to complete the sale of a new Buick LaCrosse! HOW does one thank someone who goes this far to help??!

I never liked the cherokees. My previous SUV a pathfinder served us well for 13 years. Thought we would be driving another but took a cherokee for a test drive and we were sold. We picked the limited with the six and boy does it move. Regular gas a major plus , all the bells n whistles of the pathfinder and better mileage to boot.

his is my second experience with this dealer, specifically with my sales rep, Patrick Stern. As always, he went above and beyond to negotiate a fair price and find exactly the car I wanted. In this case, he had someone pickup the car from another dealership in a snow storm so that I could have my vehicle as soon as it was located. Patrick even offered to have the car delivered directly to my home with the necessary paperwork. I opted to go pick it up and was met again with excellent service. The paperwork was ready and waiting to be signed and it was a done deal in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership, particularly Patrick. I will be sending friends and family his way.

We stopped in to look at the new MKZ Hybrid. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, laid back, and not pushy at all. He listened to our needs and put forward a solid sales pitch without being overbearing or desperate for the sale. Our experience there was good enough that we are considering purchasing from this dealership and having the car shipped to where we live in Ft Myers, FL. The sales manager chased us down in the parking lot, which was a pretty big turn off, but our experience up to that point still makes us want to consider buying from here. I will update this review if we decide to purchase the MKZ from here.

Nice styling- unlike some of the newer, outlandish Japanese & GM crossovers that look like they were designed by Stevie Wonder. . It's a real SUV -as it has as real 4WD with a low range-I can go anywhere with confidence. . Entertainment system and Nav are much more intuitive that that on my Audi. Has huge fuel tank- can go over 600 miles on the hwy.
