That Annoying Check Engine Light came on suddenly and of course I was concerned about a possible break down in the winter. My Service Writer JAMES B. was very reassuring and informed me that they had the part in stock and would be able to take care of my Impala assuring me it wouldn't be too long. The waiting area was very comfortable and I was amazed on how many employees either held a door open for me or asked if I needed anything. It was a very pleasant experience and I felt like my Impala was getting professional care. A big thank you to JAMES B. for getting my Impala in and taken care of in such a timely manner.

We purchased a car from Brian Swidergal at the Rod Baker Ford Dealership in Plainfield, IL and it was such a wonderful experience. Returned from a winter in Florida and had to jump my E 350 to get to the Dealership, with the electrical system messed up and needing a 40000 mile service. Showed up Saturday morning at 7:00 AM without an appointment in line with 5 others with appointments . Dino met with me in less than 10 minutes and provided the full service in less than 3 hours. Another example of the special service at this Lexus dealer.

In for an oil change and tire rotation as well as a software update. No issues and work was completed early. Waiting room was nice and the complimentary snacks were great.

My nephew and I walked in the dealership and was welcome by Eric McGee. He introduced himself and asked me what kind of car was I looking for. I explained to him what I wanted. Eric started doing his magic and he showed me several cars that was in the lot. He was very pleasant, friendly with a great smile. I never in my entire life been that much comfortable sitting at a dealership. I hadn't realize that we have been there for sometime at the dealership. It was a very pleasant trip and found the car and is satisfied with it. You have a very decent salesman. I will be back within a couple of years and will tell my friends to go see Eric McGee.

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. Bill helped me beginning to end. I felt he was honest and eager to help without being overbearing. He was happy to text me any additional information or photos I asked for, and he also shopped around for a good interest rate. Going to test drive and buy the car was extremely quick and easy. This is the 7th car I’ve purchased, and I have never had a faster car buying experience. There was no annoying negotiation where the salesperson goes back and forth between you and a manager. There were no “dealer fees” or “reconditioning fees” like big dealerships love to tack on. The price was the best price on this make, model, and trim within a 100 mile radius.
