Love my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland Reserve for hauling kids / traveling on vacation with dog included. All safety features work as expected and provide the extra level of comfort / safety we expect from a next generation vehicle.

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. Throughout it all Zak stayed with us through the whole process. We could not have asked for a better salesman - Thank you Zak!

Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

Great fast professional service. Service adviser was friendly, yet professional. I didn’t expect my car to be ready in just 2 1/2 hours so that was a nice experience. I was very pleased with my experience at Tasca in Wheeling.

I just purchased the Jeep Grand Cherokee L in August 2023. It is too early hopefully to have any issues with it but as of today, I love this SUV sooo much. I have owned all kinds of 3 row vehicles, MDX, Tahoo, Explorer, Pilot over the years and this is by far the best one I have owned. Prior to buying this I test drove all kinds of 3 rows too. This wins by miles!

Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. Seriously the best car buying experience I could ask for. Cars.com has little info so when I reached out to the dealer they sent me the link to the dealership website. Had the carfax actually posted on the site and easy to reference/compare. I reached out to say I was interested and was linked up w/ Omar. He was super friendly and understanding, knew what I was looking for/the type of customer I was, and def made the entire process pain free. He answered my questions, I never felt pushed into trying something else or adding things I didn’t want, and when i told him I was paying cash he didn’t bat an eye (I’ve been to other places where they actually tried to convince me financing was the “best way to go” and it’s annoying). He gave me the “out the door” price and even had the car parked out front so I could hop straight into the test drive and not have to worry about someone snaking the car from under me before I got there (he could tell I was worried living 1.5 hours away and not getting their until the next day that someone might grab the car, reassured me it would be there when I showed up). I even had to delay showing up by like 4 hours and he didn’t once make me feel stressed about it and it would be there when I got there. Once I got there this place was a well oiled machine and everything about the dealership/employees screamed friendly and helpful. Me and my friend joked about maybe this place would be a corner dealer shack with beaters out front, but this place was immaculate. Everything from Honda’s to Ferrari’s and even some UTV’s. Omar told me what the process was going to be and the moment I sat down he spelled out the steps that would happen and about how long the process was. The place wasn’t busy when I got there but 10 minutes into me sitting down the place got several customers. Even though they were busy, Omar made sure my stuff was taken care of, and he processed and signed my paperwork before he did anything else for other customers. Made me feel like I was his top priority even though I know he had to be dealing with at least a couple other customers. He even thought of the small stuff, like making sure my mailing address was up to date because it was different than on my drivers license (so that my permanent tags/title wouldn’t go to the wrong address). I genuinely hate the process of buying a car, but Omar could sense that and he made the whole thing actually enjoyable. First time I can say that about car buying haha. No b.s. after the test drive I was in and out of the place in 28 minutes. I didnt ever feel rushed, they let me drive as long as I wanted and didn’t make me wait when I was done and ready to sign. I don’t normally like to commit to one place for something as big as a car purchase, but ENE Motors was transparent about the price/info, Omar was friendly understood and catered to me, and was easy to talk to. I was a priority the second I walked in to the second I left....All for a car that they were selling under the price of other dealers around. Pros: -Great deal with no hidden/outrageous fees -Transparent carfax/website/user info -Great staff that understand what customers want out of car buying -no pushy or sleazy upselling tricks/tactics -answered all questions and when I declined certain options, was not hassled or argued with -huge selection with wide variety -felt like a priority the entire time -Omar and the guy in finance were super easy to talk to -super streamlined buying process that doesn’t waste hours. Cons: Nothing crazy just the layout of the dealership is sort of confusing and it took me a minute to call/find out where to meet Omar at, but that was an easy fix. Seriously, I’ll be buying all my cars here for sure. Thanks Omar!

Brought my jeep in with next to no notice, and they were able to detect the problem and fix it by the next morning. Asked about my tire leaking air, and the found the leak and didn’t charge me since they felt bad for not looking before I asked. Great customer service!

Great customer service and kind of pricey but was worth it.I went in a Saturday morning and was in there less than 4 hrs which I traded my vehicle in..If you have good credit it’s a breeze..I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
