Every visit, whether maintenance or repair is a great experience. Service techs are friendly and very knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they return a repair that takes 3 days or longer, washed and vacuumed.

Just traded my 2014 GG Limited (had 101,000 trouble free miles on her) for a new GC Overland L. Only have 6000 miles on it but so far I am extremely impressed with vehicle. Comfortable, plenty of piwer with the trusty V6. I am still warming up to the exterior of the L, I think the new style looks much better in the two row model and the okd style looks better than both new ones! Time will tell, but after 8 jeeps I have yet to have any major issues.

I just purchased the Jeep Grand Cherokee L in August 2023. It is too early hopefully to have any issues with it but as of today, I love this SUV sooo much. I have owned all kinds of 3 row vehicles, MDX, Tahoo, Explorer, Pilot over the years and this is by far the best one I have owned. Prior to buying this I test drove all kinds of 3 rows too. This wins by miles!

Unfamiliar with Houston body shops, I relied upon the advise of a Foremost Insuance claims manager and he said, “DeMontrond RV Collision service is the only shop we could recommend.” On their advice, I contacted Jeff Sayers and I’m so pleased with their thorough evaluation and outstanding repair work. They located all damaged parts and relied upon Mercedes for any mechanical needed on the MB diesel engine. They finished repairs on the date promised and did professional work on body restoration. They communicated with me on a regular basis. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff documented all damage with photos and detailed explanations. This “0ld Claimsman” was impressed.
