This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Valley City. I love everything about them. Their sales team is amazing. Their finance guys are Awesome. This time I bought a used car and had to have it serviced. Betsy was THE BEST!! She knew over the phone what was wrong just by how I explained the sounds my van made. She got me in quickly, got it fixed AND got it back to me in one day. When I told Betsy I didn’t have a ride, she even offered to come pick me up to get it! I can’t speak highly enough about this place!!

He was straightforward, flexible, and very knowledgeable about the car. I had plenty of concerns and questions (I’m that type of guy), and he patiently addressed every single one. He also made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car before finalizing the deal - on curvy roads, highway, walk-around in a parking lot. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. I also want to mention that the entire team was helpful and chill. They laid out all my options clearly, but I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need - whether in sales or finance. On top of getting a great deal and financing, they even delivered my car to my home, 90 minutes away. They offered this service, all I had to say yes. I really like how fast and efficient they are but some of the work I paid for didn’t get done I went in for a check engine light and a reduced engine problem they couldn’t reproduce the reduced power problem which is understandable cuz it only happened on certain circumstances but turns out I had more than one code for the check engine light they fixed the main one but the fog light circuit high didn’t not get fixed and now I have no fog lights on my jeep the service adviser said they fix them all and I paid to have them all fixed and didn’t get them fixed

Went to hopefully retire my lease and get into a new Ram 1500, the guys are Fred Martin were great to work with and got me into the exact truck I was hoping to get. Excellent experience all around, I'll be back for sure.
