This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Valley City. I love everything about them. Their sales team is amazing. Their finance guys are Awesome. This time I bought a used car and had to have it serviced. Betsy was THE BEST!! She knew over the phone what was wrong just by how I explained the sounds my van made. She got me in quickly, got it fixed AND got it back to me in one day. When I told Betsy I didn’t have a ride, she even offered to come pick me up to get it! I can’t speak highly enough about this place!!

So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. I really like how fast and efficient they are but some of the work I paid for didn’t get done I went in for a check engine light and a reduced engine problem they couldn’t reproduce the reduced power problem which is understandable cuz it only happened on certain circumstances but turns out I had more than one code for the check engine light they fixed the main one but the fog light circuit high didn’t not get fixed and now I have no fog lights on my jeep the service adviser said they fix them all and I paid to have them all fixed and didn’t get them fixed

Amazingly friendly staff who answered any questions/concerns I had. I felt they were honest with what my vehicle needed or didn’t need so not to take advantage of the customer. Great place! Highly recommend !

Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. Chris passes me off to Kim who did the financing and she was awesome also. Such a smooth transaction.
