Drove down from l.A. to look at used vehicle after being treated like “they thought I was an idiot” at other dealerships. I had purchased a vehicle and made a trade at Crystal eight years ago when we had a home in the desert. Great experience and great deal. If you can get out there to Hemet to buy a car from these guys, then I highly suggest doing so. The staff was incredibly friendly, and not a bit pushy in the slightest. Brandy set up my appointment, but unfortunately had another appointment that she was still working on when I got there. So, she set me up with Champ, who was great as well. Again, not pushy at all, and the only thing he tried to do for me was get me the lowest price possible. Eric was great too (the finance guy). A very genuine person, who also only tried to get me the lowest price possible. At the end of the day, I ended up with a brand new incredible Dodge Challenger, that was almost 10k off of the MSRP value. Even after taxes, the car was still around 5k off of the MSRP value before taxes. Everyone I experienced there was incredibly helpful, had great energy, and I even got to ring a gong after I signed my deal (plus they have a free popcorn machine). Excellent dealership, 5 stars. I had never heard of a waiting list at a dealership but they had one. We arrived at about noon an waited for about 10 minutes before someone helped us. It was a great and fun process. Long because buying a car is never quick but we left feeling like we got a good deal and happy with our new car.

I live closer to the dealership in Indio, however I go out of my way to take my Jeep to the Cathedral City Dealership, because I have always received SUPERURB service from each Tech that has assisted me, and I just took my Jeep there for the 4th time. Every time has been a great experience! Michael Flores was my most recent service rep, and he was fantastic, he fulfilled every promise that he made, just like all of the Tech's before him. I will continue to take my Jeep to this dealer, and probably buy my next one there!
