Came in for warranty work on a vehicle purchased in Canada. Warranty honoured by Pedder Nissan. Very friendly service staff. Excellent shuttle service too. George C was outstanding in his guidance and good advice.
Jeremy is always great to work with. He answers my questions about car sounds and issues, telling me ways to save money. Saved me over $200 this time by recalibration my tpms sensor instead of having to replace it.
Wait was too long. My wife brought a 2013 Sentra, the problem here is that the tire check lite keeps coming on. I have taken it in, but they cannot find the problem. She refuses to drive the car in this condition. I have run out of options. Can you suggest something?
Jeremy in Service and his team wouldn't rest until they solved my Bluetooth problem. People could hear me but I couldn't hear them! They took each part out, test it, called in Nissan, then called in the Bluetooth manufacturer, then tested each part in another Pathfinder. And, finally, they found a problem in the wiring under a cupholder!! Took almost a month but they put me in a loaner and they never gave up! All the while being so friendly and helpful! Also, they have the nicest waiting room with snacks and cold water waiting for their customers. Only downside was when I was sent a coupon for a free Turkey, went in the very next morning (my mail arrives late), took forever to get someone that could help, was told they were all out already but expecting more and so and so would call. No call. Left a message for General Manager about it and he never responded. So, maybe Sales needs to step up their game? But Service has it all beat!
Quick, friendly, and quality service. I have been going to this dealership for several years and have always felt comfortable there. I generally wait there for the repair work to be done, but if I want to borrow a car or get a ride, it's never been a problem. Rick Zabala is our service rep and he always takes great care of us. We are very pleased with this dealership.
I moved here from Chicago where the BMW Service was excellent. I have found that the Palm Springs BMW is just as good especially when your service person is Stan Sterling. He cares about you and your car. He is excellent.
Alfredo was great! Negotiated the price over the phone. Drove 2 hours to the dealership, and Alfredo was waiting outside for us! He processed our trade, had the purchase paperwork ready, and had a specialist go over our new car features! Was the best car buying experience we've EVER had!

no loaner car, my car was in the dealership from Friday to Tuesday and no loaner car provided to me but over all good service
