He went above and beyond to fix all my car problems and also kept me updated throughout the maintenance window and gave a clear explanation of each step. While I understand the dealer service center can be more expensive, it’s worth it because of the care, professionalism, and dedication I have experienced each and every single time I have brought my Jeep here. On the last visit I was able to come in same day and have a repair completed within a few hours. I may have been lucky fitting into their service schedule, but I was impressed nonetheless.

Jessica was the rep that helped me buy a sweet Golf R (at a Jeep dealer!) while it was difficult to make a visit from Florida.
