The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Found my 2020 Ram at Bill Volz thanks to Cars.com. I was able to shop to find the RAM I wanted, focusing on a 3.92 Rear Axle. I was able to view the original window sticker for the car. Sales pitch was low pressure, not loke the other dealers I visited in my hunt. Bill Volz has been around for a long time, suspect they will remain in business for years to come.

Debbie was extremely thorough and thoughtful in our dealings. She wasn’t pushy and was extremely friendly. She is the antithesis of a stereotypical car salesman. If you’re uncomfortable, or just hate dealing with that kind of environment, then I highly recommend seeking out Debbie to help you. Getting your car serviced is never fun but it's made better with someone like Joseph Janzen who is upfront about the time it will take and how much it will cost. He's been great in the past about helping me decide what needs to be done and what can wait, and is just an all-around nice person clearly looking out for whoever comes his way.
