Contacted dealer to request additional information regarding details about an auto. They reply was quick, accurate and included additional relevant information. We were unable to buy due to being called out of town rather quickly and the vehicle sold before our return. Nonetheless we were very satisfied.

Everything I wanted

Always wanted a Jeep so entered the pool by buying a Patriot. Nothing fancy—I.e., basic radio controls—but my goals were utility, maneuverability, reliability and economy, and so far, after 3.5 years, all remains good. Biggest complaint? Interior is all black, which shows up all the dirt and dust a lazy person seems to attract.
Awesome customer service! Very efficient and very professional. Everytime,I???ve had to come to the dealership,I???ve alway been treated very well. I like all the people that I have come in contact with at Lou Sobh. I really think it Honda???s way, I was on vacation in Florida over the summer, got a screw in my tire. I first went to tires plus and the want to sell me a new tire, right the bat. Not even the same one I had. I left and found the closest Honda dealership, drive in they were friendly and wanted to help. They said they would take a look at it,if they could fix it it would be $15.00 if they couldn???t they would come talk to me. I made myself comfortable with a drink they gave me and a snack. A shot time later the gentleman came out and said they fixed my tire. I paid and was on my way. When I was driving home I noticed a different sticker on my window. I checked my oil maintenance screen, when I left for Florida I was at 70% oil life. I was at 100%. I was so impressed😊 That just goes to Honda is pretty amazing in customer service! I work in customer service too. Lou Sobh,Honda is the best!

Being a lifelong full size 4x4 owner I couldn't picture myself in this little SUV.
The first time I drove the patriot my attitude began to change.
This SUV is unbelievable on fuel, and impressed me with its 4x4 capability in heavy snow conditions of a Canadian Winter.
I'm a big guy, and felt totally comfortable in the Patriots roomy interior.
The Patriot isn't a Willy's Jeep, but if I go to town for supplies, and decide to come back on woods roads through knee deep snow it will bring me home.
I contacted the dealership about a 2006 Mercedes they did respond via email and phone. How ever I went with another dealership. But I will recommend this Dealership too family and friends

Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Gainesville Review
Painless

Well, if I am completely honest I do NOT like buying cars. The main reason is the salesmen/women that come along with the process. BUT Ramone and Bonnie at Hayes Auto in Gainesville were amazing! They make me want to go and buy another car!! So here is the story: I own a business (start date Feb. 2017) I do not have a lot of cash...none really. So I went to MY bank and got 100% financing through my business. When I called the dealership and spoke to Ramone he did mention that he could probably get me a better rate but I said, "No, I have financing. It's done. I just need to find a truck, please don't ask to run my credit." He said, "Ok, when can you come down?" I was almost 2 hours late. I called and texted him that I was running late, he was cool. When we got there the EXACT truck I wanted was there ready for a test drive at the EXACT price I had seen it for online!!! PERFECT!! If I had been a little more prepared I could have taken the truck home that evening but I wasn't sure if the truck I wanted and called on would actually be there. Now, this is the dealership I am going to for my next car...just awesome.

Great Car To Drive

when i first drove this jeep 2014, As a woman i was scared of how big looks, but when i started driving i felt it so smooth and safe, very spacious and super confortable , it was actually a great experience,
This car is a great commuter vehicle and good on gas. It has room for 4 people comfortably or 5 if needed. The rear of the vehicle has plenty of open space for storage travel. The jeep is still clean, in good condition and has a like new set of tires on it.
My third time @ Jackson Acura. All three times I've dealt with Brandon. I'm pleased with what he & his team has done on the visits. I will continue to use them for my TSX needs. On a side note, I would like to mention their sales guy Reggie is pretty cool too. I remember on one of my visit, I had to wait. While waiting & wondering the sales floor. He spent some time with me, to talk about the current offering of Acura vehicles. If Acura ever decides to make a car again that has some drivers involvement. This is a dealership I would buy from for sure. I did ended up buying a drivers involvement car last year. The true spiritual successor to the E39 BMW, a 2017 Holden Commodore "Chevy SS". The TLX has some appeal & seems to have some potential. But as long as Acura/Honda chooses a push button gear selector, I will keep bypassing their cars. This is an immensely sad action, as I've owned more Honda products than any other brand. A steering wheel, pedals & SHIFT LEVER are drivers involvement tools. If any of these are missing, the car is incomplete! Since the transmission is electronic, and this may be the argument for buttons. Why not offer a lever kit in the accessory catalog for the purest drivers? I know the paragraph above has noting to do with my visit to Jackson Acura. But I added this information for Acura/Honda to know why loyal brand customer leaves. In another 24 months, we may replace the family SUV. If by then the Passport is still push button gear selector. We will continue with another GM product.

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned

Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. This vehicle has great value. Great gas mileage , very comfortable , definitely not too big for city driving . Has great features add a very good price .
I HATE car dealerships! With that being said we had the most amazing buying experience with this dealership! When we first entered the dealership we were quickly greeted by an employee named Kervin (sp?). He was a very nice young man who was new to the auto industry and was polite and professional. After a test drive they quickly appraised our vehicle to see where we were on the numbers. Shortly thereafter we were handed off to Shaun Wilhelmi who spent an entire week helping me sort through multiple vehicles in multiple locations along with coordinating multiple test drives. When I say this man has the patience of a saint I'm not kidding! I am a very high strung, high maintenance buyer and he never once appeared annoyed or frustrated at my constant text messages and phone calls. He even went so far as having a conference call with my husband and myself at 10 pm one night because my husbands work schedule is so hectic! Again he had nothing but a smile in his voice and never once appeared annoyed. He told us multiple times throughout the week that if it takes us a month to find a car that's fine with him because he wanted us to come back and buy from him again! Zero sales pressure! After going back and forth for a week we decided on a 2016 Lexus GX460 with only 2000 miles on it! It came time for financing and there was a bit of confusion regarding our trade in and financing options changed at the 9th hour. I knew the deal was over because it was a very complicated credit matter. I was shocked when after waiting 45 minutes Shaun Wilhelmi came out and said "we got the deal"! Pleasantly surprised the interest rate was 2 points LOWER than initially quoted thanks to the magic powers of the rockstar finance guy Shawn Phillips! Shawn P was also great comedic relief during an otherwise stressful time signing loan papers!!! Last but not lease Danny (sales manager) was very involved in the entire transaction and did everything he could to win our business including a "we owe" for a trailer hitch install on the new SUV. I can't say thank you enough to this fine group of folks. We have spent years working with a dealership down the road but I can tell you from here on out we will only deal with ALM for future purchases and we will tell all of our friends, colleagues and family to do the same! I would totally vote Shaun W. employee of the year!

Not the best vechial to have if driving more then 15,000 miles a year. Has cvt issues,at 60 thousand. Has excerallion issues. It is roomy, and I like the body style. But personally I wish I could get rid of the patriot.
In the market for a new or used vehicle? Go see Keon Hall. My wife and I have had irritating experiences with car dealerships in the past. Scripted, impersonal.
Keon was none of that. He even laughed at my poor attempts at humor. He was very patient with us even though we test drove several cars and lots of questions.
Next time I'm in the market for a car, I'll call Atlanta Toyota and ask for Keon.

Perfect small SUV with 4x4

This car has met all of our needs and have been a great car for a family of 4 in all Colorado seasons. Plenty of leg room in the front and rear with ample storage to move around town and get to the mountain for skiing and camping. This car has everything you could want, heated seats, bluetooth, temperature guage, auto dimming rear view mirror, 110v outlet inverter and roof rails to name a few. New larger all season tires were put on in December 2018 and have less that 5k miles on them.
Course now that I have seen a Jeep Sahara I want that. It is a beautiful vehicle that is very impressive. I mean I still have to pay off the Patriot but in 5 years it's either the Sahara or a Chevy Silvarado. I've had a Silvarado and love that truck so I won't know for 5 years and still have time to think about it.
This is our 2nd Jeep but first patriot and we are very impressed with the control and safety of this car we love the sports package we have and the over all look and feel of the car
This car is the most comfortable and fast accelerating vehicle I have ever owned. It handles like a dream in snow. Its roomy, and has nice front and rear seats. The horn is very loud, I use it a lot.
Good suv to own . Good gas mileage . Starts in cold weather . Good style exterior. Interior simple but very functional . Would recommend for everyone. Would lease again .
I live about 250 miles from Atlanta but based on previous car purchases I knew it sometimes pays to travel to get a good price. I didn't choose Rick Case Kia because of their reputation. In fact, I didn't even read the reviews. I chose Rick Case because I found the specific exterior/interior color combination of the Kia Sorento I wanted and they had a recent price reduction posted on their website. I initiated contact via online form. That was on a Thursday evening and I was checking to confirm availability. I heard back late Thursday night that the vehicle was avaiable. I replied and asked about getting that posted price AND the 0% financing through Kia Motor Finance. On Friday I received an email from Kendrick, the Sales Manager, with an out the door price quote. There was a slight difference due to not being able to combine one of the offered rebates with the 0% financing but that was understandable. I asked Kendrick if they were being aggressive on trade-ins and he said they were. My trade-in was a Mazda 6 and Kendrick said that there is a Rick Case Mazda dealership close to the Kia one and that someone from there would be able to appraise my car. I had arranged for a relative to ride with me in case I decided to keep my Mazda. She had to cancel but after having talked to Kendrick I felt confident driving alone with the expectation I would get a fair trade value. I told Kendrick I would drive up Saturday and on Saturday morning, sales associate Dylan called me to confirm I was still coming and said to ask for him when I arrived. I arrived about 2:30 and Dylan had me supply some preliminary info for my trade-in. While my car was being appraised we took a test drive and Dylan thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle. When we returned Dylan had me fill out the credit app. He returned shortly with a final out the door price including my trade-in value. I signed right away because it just felt right - all the numbers were good. It did take a while to get in with Mr. Yi, the Finance Manager, because of problems with their system that day but he was very friendly and explained additional extended warranty options without making me feel overly pressured. After signing the final papers with Mr. Yi it took a while longer for them to finish detailing my new vehicle.
So there you have it. Probably less than 4 hours at the dealership total to purchase a new vehicle and trade one in. I don't think it can get much easier than that. And I'm loving my new Kia Sorento SX! Very refined ride quality. A few nitpicky things but, overall, Kia has done a great job.
I would definitely give Rick Case Kia a shot at earning your business if you have the opportunity.

Perfect small car for a family of 4 with 3 members over 6’3”. Has a lot of get-up-and-go and a tremendous amount of space/storage for its size. Seats high so a big plus for folks with knee problems and ease of getting in and out. Very happy, truly the best option in the small SUV/crossover field.
Very good service from the Salesperson, Terry and the Finance Manager, Jacob. I wasn't there very long, they got me what I wanted and had me on my way. Great experience!
