I bought a car from moss motors and both Brady and Dave have been awesome with the sale and helping me with things that came up and questions after the sale. I would recommend Moss Motors to anyone looking for a used car and a great couple of guys to work with.

This car is a great commuter vehicle and good on gas. It has room for 4 people comfortably or 5 if needed. The rear of the vehicle has plenty of open space for storage travel. The jeep is still clean, in good condition and has a like new set of tires on it.
We have gotten 3 cars for Moss Motors they are really easy to work with we have been satisfied with all 3 cars we got from them their cars are great and very low mileage and they're very clean inside and out they go out of their way to make sure your satisfied.

This car has met all of our needs and have been a great car for a family of 4 in all Colorado seasons. Plenty of leg room in the front and rear with ample storage to move around town and get to the mountain for skiing and camping. This car has everything you could want, heated seats, bluetooth, temperature guage, auto dimming rear view mirror, 110v outlet inverter and roof rails to name a few. New larger all season tires were put on in December 2018 and have less that 5k miles on them.
I'd like to thank Dave at Moss Motors for how helpful, thorough and knowledgeable he was throughout my most recent purchase process. I will definitely return to Moss Motors in the future!

Overall, I would rate my experience as 4.5 stars, only falling short of 5 stars because of trade in value & purchase price of used car. To be fair here, my vehicle was 16 years old with over 190K miles and the used vehicle I bought was owned by a mechanic and in very good shape. I certainly don't feel ripped off, but spent more than I intended to. In regards to the service at the dealership, it was top notch, I emailed dealership to look at my preferred vehicle (2007 Infiniti G35X); and let them know the approximate time I would be there and, and the vehicle was already running to be warmed up for me by Alen (ideal in Midwest in February!) The vehicle drove great and is by far the most luxurious and most fun vehicle I have ever owned. After the test drive, we went through trade in and negotiations for buying car. The full process with Alen was professional and understanding of my expectations. We were able to find common ground and make the deal happen quickly. Follow through on service occurred next day as tire pressure light was on with air put in tires before with assumption light would go off after driving briefly as was cold day. Light didn't go off and dealership has stood behind sale for "as is warranty" car to fix the faulty tire pressure sensor as it was on during test drive and day of sale. I truly appreciate this respect and level of service as I had the complete opposite happen at another dealership with last vehicle having e-brake lock up day after sale with no assistance given whatsoever. I would certainly recommend not only Alen, but Acura of Johnston as a whole for anyone looking to buy/lease a quality new or used vehicle from a dealership with a keen sense of respect and professionalism for their clients.

Has been a good car till hit 80k miles. Since the it's been the transmission, motor mounts, catalytic converter, gas cap. Airbag sensors,
Bought as a family car
This was by far the BEST EVER experience I have had in all of my 50+ years of buying a car! Tony Martinson was the best at his job as anyone I have ever done business with. Friendly, professional, not pushy and worked hard to get me the best pricing, financing, and the exact car I was looking for. I recommend anyone to go there first and leave there ? Happy!

Small but nice I like that it has low mileage and good on gas. Fully loaded. Ready to take a road trip.....thank you guys for all if your help
I purchased a low mileage used Suzuki from Sam's and had a great experience at the store, throughout the buying process. Unfortunately, less than a week and half later, the engine block blew out and I knew that we did not have a warranty on the vehicle. I called Sam's in a panic, as we definitely could not afford to be without a car but also couldn't afford to pay full price for another one. I spoke with Brooke's and he was very compassionate and understanding of our situation and worked with us to make things right, even though they hadn't done anything wrong and had no legal obligation to do so.
I wish their were more dealerships like this out there! They treated us like, I assume, they would want to be treated in this situation: with compassion and understanding.

26 City / 30 Hwy....that's a lie !!
by biggrikk from TRACY

I beg to differ about the mpg rating. I drive 45 miles one-way to work and my 2007 Jeep Patriot drinks just slightly more than 1/4 tank of gas during this trip. So basically, the 45 mile trip to work and then back home uses roughly 1/2 tank of gas. Nowhere quite as near the 30 mpg Hwy mileage that is stated on the specifications of this vehicle.
Another drawback, is that the front driver and passenger seats are very uncomfortable when resting the seat back to lie down when parked and trying to rest. The headrest feels like your head is lying against a rock. Place a pillow behind your head when laying the seat down to rest.
The year and make of this Jeep Patriot and probably the 2006 and 2008 Patriots have a known issue when the fuel tank is filled to capacity. Chrysler Jeep knows about this but refuses to initiate a recall notice for this problem. Not only is it annoying to not be able to pump gas hands-free using the lever trigger locking mechanism on the pump hose without it constantly triggering off, but what happens is when the fuel tank is being filled up and even topped off, a "vapor-lock" condition occurs which starves the fuel injectors at any given time right after the vehicle leaves the fuel station. When vapor-lock occurs, the engine will hesitate and sputter, eventually causing the engine to stall - even while driving down the road in rush-hour traffic. This not only is dangerous, but very scary and embarrassing to have your vehicle die in the middle of a busy road.
Like I mentioned previously, Chrysler has not initiated a recall notice, most likely because after a few miles of driving, the gas-guzzling engine will have used up enough fuel to create a larger void of air within the confines of the fuel tank to eliminate the vapor-lock condition. The best fix action for this would be to not top off the fuel tank. Only fill the tank up to no more than 95% of the total capacity to allow some air space within the tank itself.
Headlights remain on during the day and night while the vehicle is running. It's amazing that the headlight bulbs last as long as vehicles which do not have the daytime headlight function.
Plenty of room for large items when the rear seats are folded down.
My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. Even though I did not buy the vehicle, I would return to Billions because of my experience with Nermin

Always wanted a Jeep so entered the pool by buying a Patriot. Nothing fancy—I.e., basic radio controls—but my goals were utility, maneuverability, reliability and economy, and so far, after 3.5 years, all remains good. Biggest complaint? Interior is all black, which shows up all the dirt and dust a lazy person seems to attract.
Not the best vechial to have if driving more then 15,000 miles a year. Has cvt issues,at 60 thousand. Has excerallion issues. It is roomy, and I like the body style. But personally I wish I could get rid of the patriot.
I've had Hondas for 30 years and have dealt with dealerships for service in Houston, Kansas City & Des Moines. For four years I have used Smart Honda and I'm pleased with service & sales. The service managers strive to be fair and honest and have expert knowledge. The sales team goes beyond expectations as well. I've got a '16 Odyssey & a'01 with 250k miles. My '05 Odyssey just died with 280k miles.

Course now that I have seen a Jeep Sahara I want that. It is a beautiful vehicle that is very impressive. I mean I still have to pay off the Patriot but in 5 years it's either the Sahara or a Chevy Silvarado. I've had a Silvarado and love that truck so I won't know for 5 years and still have time to think about it.
Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. This vehicle has great value. Great gas mileage , very comfortable , definitely not too big for city driving . Has great features add a very good price .
I asked for a search for a late model preowned XT5 Cadillac. Within a short time, I was presented with an offer to buy a 2017 model with less than 4000 miles. Price was outstanding compared to buying a new vehicle and this is basically a brand new car.
Process was easy and efficient. Closing the deal went smoothly.
My wife is thrilled with her new car!

This car is the most comfortable and fast accelerating vehicle I have ever owned. It handles like a dream in snow. Its roomy, and has nice front and rear seats. The horn is very loud, I use it a lot.
Excellent selection of quality used vehicles. Priced very fairly, but low-balled big time when wanting to sell them my current vehicle to the tune of nearly 20% below KBB trade-in value.

As a mechanic of many years I have been to more car lots than i care to remember helping others pick a car, when I say this dealer stands alone I am not exaggerating, here is my experience and you be the judge.
After researching a couple months on the Lincoln I wanted through various sites I decided this dealer had one that interested me so I sent in an application online.
Now life has been hard on most of us, so like others my credit score doesnt reflect the hard working responsible person i truely am, and I had expectations of a long search with many pitfalls.
I was called by a gentleman named Tom who wanted to know if i had a certain car in mind, of course I already knew the exact one i wanted so I told him and he asked me to come in the next day for a test drive. All the usual things you expect when you open that door to salesmen. I arrived the next day early to have a look and get my first no of the search, Tom brought up the car and while i was on my test drive he checked over my trade in which i already knew wasnt worth much in resale value. I came back and had a seat with him, the atmosphere was relaxing and we carried on an nice conversation as he gathered the information needed for finance to check me out. At no point did I feel pressured or really even feel like i was being sold anything. A couple hours passed while I looked around the showroom at beautiful 1950's Styling, neon signs, old style gas pumps, a coke machine that vended real glass bottles, which Tom showed us as he provided a free coke, even a vintage corvette relaxing in the corner. Tom suggested that Kenny could be busy for awhile trying to find financing for me as he was receiving declines so far and we thanked him for the efforts and left as I expected the case would be. A couple hours passed and my phone rings, as I pick it up and see who is calling I made the comment to my girl, here comes the no. Kenny was on the other end when I answered and told me he had tried many places and I was approved for the loan, huh wha ?? Umm shock fades and I ask ok when can I finalize the deal. Within two more hours I was out and enjoying the new car. If you have been keeping track, thats a total of 6 hours from start to finish. Later when looking at the series of messages sent to me by credit karma I can attest to the work Kenny put in to get me approved as the list of credit inquires was numerous. Most places would not have gotten me approved or pushed for a cheaper car, more down payment, a co signer or simply said no and moved on to the next customer. If you see a car you want from this dealer do yourself a favor and stop in or call or send in an online application, This dealership is the one you have always wanted to deal with and never found.

Perfect small car for a family of 4 with 3 members over 6’3”. Has a lot of get-up-and-go and a tremendous amount of space/storage for its size. Seats high so a big plus for folks with knee problems and ease of getting in and out. Very happy, truly the best option in the small SUV/crossover field.

From the very start Adel Chrysler was fantastic. Eagerly showing me the vehicles I was interested in, explaining features, and answering every question I could think if. Once we decided on the van we wanted the negotiation and purchase process was extremely quick and to the point. We had a couple concerns (used car software updates and missing floor mats) that were flawlessly addressed and quickly remedied to our liking by Ben and Justin. A+++ experience. Zero hesitation in recommending this dealership and sales team to others. Thank you!

It has good pick up and go. Lots of leg room. Great heat for winter and great air conditioning for hot weather. The electronic sun roof is awesome. Extra cup holders in the back seat are a plus. The extra open storage above the glove compartment is outstanding. Awesome sound system for being factory.
I went to George White Chevy in July 2017 to get some repairs on my 2003 Duramax and ended up buying a new 2017 Duramax. I was so impressed with Mark Bathie and George White Chevy from my first experience I came back in March 2018 and bought another Durmax From Mark . The whole experience is a good one there all around . If you need a fair place to go for repairs or to buy a vehicle go to George White Chevrolet and See Mark Bathie for your salesman , they are Top Shelf ! 5/5 Stars
