I found a car on Cars.com from Kia of Des Moines and fell in love with it. I had some rough go arounds with dealerships and I was little nervous about dealing with another but Manny and all of the other employees there we so kind and worked with us to get the best price and the best car!

Working at a high end dealership in service department myself I was greatly pleased with the service department. Josh Miller service advisor was very professional and great to work with for my needs. Technicians fixed my rattle noise and performed maintenance as needed. Also shuttle transportation was very quick and excellent.
I want to thank the team at the Billions GMC dealership for the care and attention that was given. I was traveling from Wyoming to my home in Ohio and experienced issues with the desiel exhaust system. Josh was working the service desk, he was very aware of my situation- he and Brian (mechanic) worked diligently to get me back on the road, not forgotten was Marcie, she provided transportation services to an from my hotel. I dealt with Brad, who, from start to finish, was low-key but very attentive in his sales approach. He was well-versed about the equipment offered on the car I ended up buying, quickly and efficiently took care of pricing my car's trade-in value, then got me set up with the dealership's finance and title processing people. Stephanie put together all the needed paperwork quickly-- very efficient and knowledgeable---and I was on my way.

Fantastic place for service and repair. Service staff is very friendly and will sit down with you to explain the repairs. I have never been pressured to rush into repairs and they always informed me if the car was safe to drive for a little while or if I needed to get a repair down right away. Everyone there acknowledges you when you are there...even the owner Don. what a nice guy! I even have them keeping an eye out for a used truck for my family that is within our price!

He is willing to go above and beyond(which is an understatement) for his customers and takes very good care of them! HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle! He did everything he could to get my boyfriend and I into EXACTLY what we were looking for in our price range! He originally told us we could pick up the car Thursday or Friday but when he found out my birthday was Tuesday, he made sure he had our vehicle ready to go for us on Tuesday so we could pick it up for my birthday! That was awesome! He even put a big red bow on the hood of the vehicle and rolled out the red carpet for us! Overall was a GREAT experience and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
These guys definitely deserve every star they get! My salesman spent 3 hours with me answering every question I had about the car I ended up buying. Brad Baker did an outstanding job helping us pick out a new vehicle. He answered all our questions, gave us a nice test ride and demoed almost all of the new electronic features. He showed us how all of the new safety features worked and we really liked that. The test ride confirmed his quote about the Highlander being very quiet and canceling out most road noise.. It was a real pleasure to deal with a salesperson who wanted to find us the best vehicle. Tron Smith gave us a very fair trade-in value and was great to work with. Amy helped us with all the paperwork and she was very fast and efficient. Everything was handled in a very short amount of time.
