Had a sports car that I have been trying to get rid of for 2 months. I had no luck selling on my own so I started checking dealerships since I needed an awd for the 8 months of Winter. Instead of the same old, same old, they seemed to be interested in helping me out of my sports car. I set a time to go back on a Saturday. I looked at their inventory and found a awd I liked. I researched my car and there's for about 3 hours that Fri. Night. I had a price in mind on Sat. They made there offer and I told them I thought it was too high. The owner was on vacation that day but they called and sent pictures of my car etc. to him. After a few minutes we agreed on a price almost where I wanted to be and I told them I wanted a full tank which they did. I am very happy. There was also a minor tire problem which was taken care of within 15 minutes of my visit to the tire store. Bill Goodwill was great to deal with as he is in no hurry and does not pressure you. The other 2 people in the office that day were also very helpful. If you need a nice car go see them.

I think this is a good Jeep if you are looking to just own one that is supposedly more affordable. However wasn’t a fan of how the transmission shifting felt and just felt like something was off. It was a good car though overall.
Vehicle available to be shipped to your home. Contact
the dealership for details.

Everything I need for day to day as well as my triathlon adventures! Plenty of space, sporty and comfortable. Heated seats and remote start a bonus with my Raynaud's!
I have owned several Dodge RAM trucks. My latest Truck was a Ram 2016 Diesel engine and still under warranty.
The Truck showed up as a def system error and would shut down within 145 miles. I contacted “Transitown” (the local dealer) and Chrysler to address this since my truck only had 20K miles.
Although Chrysler, who according to “Transitown” was told they needed to replace an approximately $1,600 part which took over 3 weeks to get in and many calls between dealership and Chrysler to fix was stressing on me and I’m now stuck in a rental vehicle since my truck was inoperable.
After Chrysler rushed the part in and Transitown replaced the part my light came on again the very next day which took them over 3 weeks to replace. I already made plans to turn in my truck for a new model with a crew cab. Now I’m on the road over 150 miles away with the same issue showing on my screen.
Needless to say Transitown miss diagnosed the problem and my truck was ready to shut down as I pulled into the dealership in Erie Pa.
I was extremely fortunate that Shawn Stanbro at Gary Millerat Chrysler dealership in Erie PA. took my truck in immediately understanding I was now stranded on my way to N.C. to get a new truck.
Without Shawn Stanbro expertise on looking at my 2016 Ram and diagnosed the problem as being a bad wiring harness issue for the def system issue, I would have been stuck again.
His technicians took the time to show me the issue. Ordered in the part and it arrived by the next morning. They fixed the real issue and I was on my way by 8:30 am the next morning.
They even shuttled me to a local hotel for the night and picked me up the next morning.
I made it NC just because they actually took the time out of their busy schedule to help me. I would TOTALLY recommend anyone who has a Ram diesel truck to go Gary Miller Dealership. Their staff was exceptional and I can’t thank them enough!!
Their knowledgeable and honest staff did everything to help me out. If it wasn’t for Gary Miller Dealership and Shawn Stanbro along with his technicians I would never have bought another Ram Truck.
They are excellent in customer service and deserve my gratitude.
We recently leased a new Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti Sport with Justin Sutton at Auto Express and could not be happier with the experience. We were out of state buyers and Justin worked with us to make the whole process as streamlined and stress-free as possible.
When we flew into town, he had arranged for us to be picked up at the dealership and we were on the road in our new Alfa in under an hour. Justin was very upfront with the pricing, which was extremely competitive, and there were no surprises when it came time to sign the deal.
I highly recommended working with Justin and Auto Express. We don’t regret bypassing the 3 dealerships within two hours of us to work with them at all and will hopefully did it again in the future.

I was currently in the market for a new car. i had a 2009 KIA optima that was giving me trouble. I was debating on a SUV or a cross over and let me tell you this jeep renegade is the best cross over to find. I have 4 year old which means i have a big car seat but it fits in the car just fine. My son is tall and he has more then enough leg rove. The car is not to high or low its just right so you dont have to work about jumping up in the car. It can easily fit someone in the car that 6'6 With enough leg room. I'm 5'4 and its a perfect size for me. I didn't want nothing to big so this car was a perfect option. It feels like a big SUV but its not. I rented a jeep Cherokee for a day and it felt like it was the same size of my car from the inside. Im really happy i picked this car. My first jeep and i love it. Its such a mommy car
Came in to check out an older vehicle, and Jeff spent just as much time with us as if we were buying new. Jeff was knowledgeable, honest, and not at all pushy. He was very honest as to the car we were looking at. I would recommend working with him to anyone. If we ever look for another car, I would drive 2 hours again to deal with Jeff and this dealership. We like our car, and liked our experience. Jeff is a cool human and you should definitely come here and definitely request him. The dealership has a great attitude from the top down and you can trust it here.

The newest and reliable car I have ever owned

I love it. When I first test drove it i decided it was the vehicle for me. It may not be my dream vehicle but for now it is the most fitting. My husband did not like it at all and was not happy that I got it however since he first drove it he has actually driven it more than myself and said it's a very nice ride.
My family has been dealing with Shults of Warren since about 2007. Since then, we've purchased about a dozen cars and have not once been treated poorly. I personally have only owned European vehicles since I turned 16, starting with a BMW to an Audi, a Volvo, another BMW, I never once pictured myself owning a Subaru .My mother purchased an Outback a week prior to me from Troy, and I quite liked how he treated her. He kept his cool the entire time dealing with my mother, even though she changed her mind about 10 times within the day she purchased her car. As for the car, It was fairly comfortable, drove quite nicely, and got excellent gas mileage, not to mention the fact that Subaru is synonymous for safety and reliability. These are very important factors to me when looking at a new car because I drive about 45,000 miles a year for work. The more I looked into a Subaru, the more I realized that it was the right move. Troy was a tremendous help with making sure I was comfortable with my decision. From deciding between various models, to helping me get the best deal possible, I have ZERO complaints about my experience. Even though Volvo of Buffalo sent me a package of cookies after I bought my Volvo, I can 100% confidently say that it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. He was a pleasure to work with, and did not once make me feel unconfident with my decision. If this man was able to handle my mothers indecisiveness, sell my sister a new Jeep, and get me from a fully loaded BMW X3 into an Outback Limited with EyeSight, I'm sure he can handle anything anyone can throw at him!

A Different Kind Of Jeep

I purchased it new, and have owned it for 2 years. In an era where all cars look the same, it separates itself from the pack! I love its unique styling, and while it’s a 4 cylinder, it’s quite nimble and handles well. From the outside, it looks quite small, but there’s more than ample room inside, with plenty of leg room. The built in Bluetooth allows me to never hold a phone, listen to music on my iPhone, and the Sirius XM makes sure I don’t have to listen to terrestrial radio! Alleged Jeep purists say it’s the fiat Jeep, so it’s the anti Jeep and I love it!!! And yes, I traded my wrangler in for the renegade, and I’m glad I did!
I could not be happier with this dealership! I was looking to lease for the first time and had the Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude in mind. My sister recommended me checking at Ed Shults of Warren because she had dealt with them in the past and had a positive experience. When I called up, I was connected to Randy Beckstrom. I set up an appointment to test drive the Jeep and to go over numbers. I LOVED the Altitude. When it came to discussing the price and monthly payments though, it just didn???t seem possible for my budget. When I got home, I called around to other dealerships including ones near Pittsburgh. After 3 days of checking around, I contacted Randy again to review the payments and other options. He did not pressure me into any sales and was very open and honest when answering all of my questions. So on February 14, 2018, just 4 days after I started looking for a new vehicle, I got the Altitude! I loved my experience at Ed Shults of Warren and would definitely recommend Randy Beckstrom!

Great SUV

I think the interior could be better designed but overall, the way the driver seat and steering wheel can be adjusted is VERY THOUGHTFUL. I just prefer the old school bench seating across the front and the drink holders in front of you and the gear shift on the steering wheel. That middle business takes a lot of spreading legroom away.
We drove an hour and a half through snow and single-digit temps to check out a truck I had seen on Shults' website. My wife and I were extremely pleased with this entire dealership, especially Randy Beckstrom, our salesman. There was no pressure. Zero. None. We drove the truck, he answered all our questions, and treated us like people, not potential customers. We bought the truck and are very happy with it. In all honesty, this was THE most stress-free vehicle purchase I've ever been involved with. No hassles, no pressure, no "let me check with my manager" stuff. Just genuinely nice people who sold me a rad truck. I highly recommend this dealership, and Randy Beckstrom as a salesman (in fact, I already have and I've only owned the truck for a few hours). Check them out; you won't be disappointed.

This is the perfect size for Katie (granddaughter). She loves the jeep inside and out. She especially loves the stereo system. The color is just what she wanted.
