Service for an engine light, fairly pricey fix, BUT, the 13 year-old truck with 154,000 miles runs like a top when I took all the suggested maintenance along with the quick fix.

I was currently in the market for a new car. i had a 2009 KIA optima that was giving me trouble. I was debating on a SUV or a cross over and let me tell you this jeep renegade is the best cross over to find. I have 4 year old which means i have a big car seat but it fits in the car just fine. My son is tall and he has more then enough leg rove. The car is not to high or low its just right so you dont have to work about jumping up in the car. It can easily fit someone in the car that 6'6 With enough leg room. I'm 5'4 and its a perfect size for me. I didn't want nothing to big so this car was a perfect option. It feels like a big SUV but its not. I rented a jeep Cherokee for a day and it felt like it was the same size of my car from the inside. Im really happy i picked this car. My first jeep and i love it. Its such a mommy car
Wonderful, friendly and accommodating place of business!

When we arrived we knew they had 4 of the makes of cars we wanted to drive to see how it fit our needs. Tyler Ashley greeted us with a smile and listened to what we were looking to achieve on the visit. He went to work to find the cars and get the paperwork ready for us to test drive. We were there for about 2-3 hours the first day. We drove one car twice (the one we bought) and told Tyler we wanted to research the car more and would be back. He wished us a "blessed day" and smiled. We went back and with no hassles, bought the 2017 Jeep Renegade. The salesman's professionalism was outstanding...and he answered and assisted us in answering every question we had. He brought in his team members when needed to complete the sale. Lots and lots of questions...and we were satisfied with his responses.
Everything I need for day to day as well as my triathlon adventures! Plenty of space, sporty and comfortable. Heated seats and remote start a bonus with my Raynaud's!
It isn't often that I feel pleasantly surprised from the first moment that I meet a salesperson at a dealership until the end of the transaction, however this time it was even more than expected since I wasn't really buying a high dollar vehicle. You would never had known that fact, I would have thought there were another set of zeros on this transaction as I felt as I had bought one of their better cars.
I entered the lot at closing time, on New Year’s eve to look at a vehicle just traded in that didn't even have a complete profile of the website (or correct color), as Greg was leaving for the day (year), he circled around and asked if he could assist me, I queried as to if the car I had found was the one referenced on their ad, Greg wasn’t sure but he said he would look into it for me, and meet me at the office.
As I approached the office, after closing, his smiling face told me that it was the vehicle, I asked if he would mind getting the keys, I promised not to ask for a test drive, just wanted a better inspection. Greg obliged, brought the keys out and I checked it out. I told Greg I was interested and would contact him first thing Monday, in the meantime he was to schedule the vehicle for a safety check…
before the dealer opened on Monday, I was there to take it for a test drive, as I walked into the showroom, Greg greeted me, and stated he would get the keys, a few moments later, he pulled up to the door in the car of choice, threw a plate on it and asked if I was ready to go….Yup.
Greg directed me through a nice country drive to get a feel of the SUV, and as we completed the test, I asked him to find out what the final price would be, he went to the sales manager, came out and we agreed to the deal. Greg told me he would put the car through the safety check and recon and let me know when it would be available; another surprise, a few hours later it was available for pickup.
I came back at 4:30 (I will mention that Greg offered to bring the car to me, a 40-minute drive to assist me if I needed a ride), we did a walk-around of the vehicle, put my new plate on and we went over to the main office to finalize paperwork & payment…half an hour later I was ready to leave, however I chatted with my new friends a bit as it became a very comfortable atmosphere.
As I only interacted with the other staff briefly, I cannot attest to their capabilities, however all were pleasant & friendly as I walked through the dealership.
A take away for those who have read this to here, ask for Greg, he is professional, courteous, & thorough and your experience should turnout as terrific as mine.

2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude Review

I think this is a good Jeep if you are looking to just own one that is supposedly more affordable. However wasn’t a fan of how the transmission shifting felt and just felt like something was off. It was a good car though overall.
I purchased it new, and have owned it for 2 years. In an era where all cars look the same, it separates itself from the pack! I love its unique styling, and while it’s a 4 cylinder, it’s quite nimble and handles well. From the outside, it looks quite small, but there’s more than ample room inside, with plenty of leg room. The built in Bluetooth allows me to never hold a phone, listen to music on my iPhone, and the Sirius XM makes sure I don’t have to listen to terrestrial radio! Alleged Jeep purists say it’s the fiat Jeep, so it’s the anti Jeep and I love it!!! And yes, I traded my wrangler in for the renegade, and I’m glad I did!
