I started with Duane Beaty online for availability and to set up an appointment he was very helpful and set everything up so when we arrived our sales person Kyle Read. Kyle was very polite and helpful providing us with all the information and options available to without making us feel pressured. once we made our decision he moved the process ahead quickly and got our cruze ready while setting us up with our finance person, she was very courteous and helpful explaining all of our warranty options and packages getting all of our paperwork finished and us on our way. i was impressed with the ability to find the vehicle we wanted set everything up with the internet staff so when we arrived everything was ready and available to us, from the time we drove on the lot till we left with our new vehicle was right at two hours.
The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. Went in for service on our 2011 Laredo Cherokee and was immediately assisted and greeted. George in service was great and didn't give us any run around. We then continued to walk the inventory as our car was being serviced, we met James and he was super friendly, he invited us to look at the newer Grand Cherokees. Even though we were not in the market for a new vehicle, we continued to work with James for the next few weeks. He sent us info on new and preowned Jeeps through email which gave us a chance to research them. After we narrowed it down to the exact vehicle and were able to come back in, James was out but had asked John Freeman pull it up, wash it, and had it ready for us to look at. Needless to say the experience overall was the best, we absolutely love our new 2018 Grand Cherokee Upland. I was visiting Newberg Oregon and to my dismay my tire pressure was low on my new Dodge Durango. The dealership was just down from my hotel. I stopped to see if they could diagnose the problem. It was later in the evening. The service dept was swamped. But Ryan was there to give me excellent service. Had the repair done on my tire and car back to me in no time. He is a gem of an employee. I live in California and have a long drive home. Ryan thank you for taking the time to offer me such great service.
Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
