Wonderful experience! Brian worked with us to find a car for me within my limited budget. We went through several test drives before we found the perfect fit. Brian was great-straightforward, patient, and pleasant throughout. The financing process was quick and enjoyable. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly, and fun even though the process kept everyone past closing. It's rare to be able to say you had a good time buying a car, but I can honestly say I did. Castle of Naperville was great. CJ my salesman knew his stuff it was almost like a day in an adult playground. Sales and finance department was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. I was impressed by their honesty and straight forward pricing. Sales people don’t work on commission, so not pushy. I was in and out in 2.5 hours with my new car! And the price was exactly what was advertised on cars.com - no added costs once I arrived.

Another excellent service experience with the dealership’s service staff; in this case, Service Advisor Roland and two porters, Manny and Jose! Roland addressed me immediately at my scheduled service appointment time, the inspectional and other need commenced, and Porters Manny and Jose provided transportation to and from my home during the efficient service of my vehicle (second one purchased through the dealership). Roland and the porters were attentive, professional, and friendly. Roland kept me apprised of the service process. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is a winner!

I bought a 2020 Kia soul from this dealership’s. Took my time to fine the right vehicle . And was never pressured to buy something I did no wanted . After two month had a problem with van and they fix it no charge . I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Eric Jensen went above and beyond when I went into Wickstrom Jeep to purchase a new vehicle. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of Jeeps, but they just didn't fit. He then took me to Lincoln and finally Ford where I found something that fit my needs/wants and was also affordable. He was patient and answered all of my questions and was able to find the right vehicle for me. I've been driving it for 5 days and couldn't be happier. He was with me for the entire process and helped me get oriented to the new vehicle and systems that were so different from previous my vehicle. We've bought/leased a number of vehicles from Wickstrom over the years and they never disappoint. In addition to a great sales team their service has also been top notch!
