Was in need for 1/2 and 3/4 tons service trucks for my company and once located and reached out to the dealership I was fortunate to work with a great salesperson Robert Winter. He was very thorough and responsive and helped my get 7 new trucks.

Robin was very helpful from start to finish, she was mindful of our travel plans and schedule, she kept me informed, got the parts needed overnight as promised and got us back on the road. Went to dealership and told them what I was looking for they gave me options. I purchased my vehicle and they called me back because it had scratches on it to repair even though I wasn't aware of.

After reading all of the reviews about Clear Lake Dodge, I was a little apprehensive to travel 50 miles on the off chance that the Ram I wanted would be gone or just sold. Quite the opposite, it was there on Saturday and the Sales Director (Cindy) had the keys with her when I left Conroe on Monday. As soon as we walked in the doors, TJ Boyd worked with us and got the price where we wanted it to be. Delivery was a little longer than one would expect but the PDI was longer due to all of the inspection items they ran though on our 2021 2500. We give them 5 Stars because they earned it.

Dean has always exuded the best customer service. He makes the process flow smoothly while making you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. I have been a customer of his since 2006. He is a great person.

Misa was very professional and helped me to get the auto I wanted. He was very helpful 👍 my Gladiator came in as ordered. Misa kept me “in the know” regarding status of my incoming vehicle. Joe IV was great and so was bald headed half Filipino half black guy at the end that helped me out. Everyone was great except black woman who came and talked down to me like I was a little kid as if I don?t know what TF I?m doing with my money. ?No I don?t want a pre-owned or a lease.? Plus, she tried to tell me I didn?t approved for a certain rate a few years ago when I know xxxx well I did.
