Everything was pretty smooth, the documents portion took a while at the end because I paid off my car less than 60 days ago. I had the best dealership experience purchasing my new 2025 Ram 3500 dually pickup truck from AutoNation located in Spring, TX. I live in CT and was searching for a new truck when a friend pointed me to AutoNation's website. After a few clicks I found the truck I wanted and submitted an online inquiry. Hector Guevara, the sales person, helped me through the purchasing process via texts, phone calls and emails. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. When it came to signing paperwork, AutoNation Spring TX reached out to Mt. Kisco Land Rover (their sister company) to do a courtesy signing at their dealership. Once the signed paperwork arrived back to Texas, Hector got the truck ready for transport (cleaning, temporary plate etc.). Hector went above and beyond to get me into my new truck, facilitating the process from beginning to end, even on his days off. If you're looking for a different vehicle purchasing experience I highly recommend AutoNation, especially the facility in Spring, TX.

Went in to check out a Gladiator. Me and my wife are avid campers, and needed something to pull our future tear drop camper. Offering full transparency to the sales manager, I shared my car buying frustrations and concerns. To my surprise, he addressed my concerns and acknowledged that there had been some opportunities he and his team were working very hard to change. Well, I have to say, whatever issues they might have had were no where in sight when I visited. Staff was friendly, Will was engaged, and I left with my new 2021 Jeep Gladiator, just in time for a trip to Colorado next week.
