They were upfront, honest and helpful. I also liked that a sales manager did come to the desk of the sales person I worked with to negotiate the price of the vehicle. When dealers do that, it is overwhelming to the customer and seems overboard pushy.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

You don't necessarily need an appointment for oil change..service writers all ignored me when first came in..not one of them was with a customer either..terrible customer service!

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). Gabe Crump was very help full today at the lot. We drove into the lot and with in seconds of looking around Gabe was able to show us some cars that suited my interests. While doing so we were able to take a look at all the cars on the lot and find the right one for me. With just a couple test drives and signatures later I was walking off the lot with the registration to my new car. Overall, this was one of the best dealers I have been to in awhile in IL. The sales team was very knowledgeable and not overly pushy. I got a great deal on my trade and felt like I got the best deal possible on the vehicle I bought. I will definitely keep them in mind for my family's future vehicles.

I would say the experience was fine and the service department was friendly. The showroom was clean and had a good selection of upper end cars. Lines could use a slightly larger waiting room for the number of patrons that show up on a Saturday.
