Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I bought a car over the weekend and I spoke to Yosselyn before coming in and she was super helpful and assured me that I would be helped out and be able to get into the vehicle I was looking into. Once we arrived she introduced us to Jesus and he was just as helpful. He showed us the vehicle and went for a test drive. He made the process really easy and enjoyable! Overall, customer service was good which to me is by far the most important. I only had one issue and that was after getting my oil changed the next day the cover on the oil pan was dragging possibly to due to not putting it back on right. I took it to them the very next day and they managed to take care of it no questions asked. I also managed to have my tires swapped out for all new tires , as they managed to give me a decent price on them including installation. Communication was definitely great and I appreciate their service. I would definitely recommend dependable dodge to anyone looking to buy a car.

Melvin Sandoval was a top notch individual to work with! I would highly recommend asking for him specifically. His knowledge of the vehicles he is selling is phenomenal. He was able to answer all of our questions and offer even more info than we knew we needed. He did not pressure us at all and the whole process was very smooth. We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole process. Save yourself some time, and start with seeing Melvin first! Jeremy in finance was also top notch. I would assume he was working in finance way beyond what time he has under his belt.

I received appointment reminders before my appointment, received a confirmation when I dropped the car off and then received a prompt notification when my car was ready. Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! I had a fantastic experience with this dealership. Kevin in sales was great. Everything was smooth and no nonsense.
