Joe Dubuc was very patient as I tried to explain the issue and once my car was in the shop he kept me informed about what they were (or weren't) finding. He was also able to add in an oil change and took care of a recall that needed to be taken care of. Joe Dubuc was pleasant and professional, I will go back when needed for future service.
