Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

This is the first time I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Salesperson, Jhonatan Rubio was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. Other employees there at Star Jeep were very friendly and helpful as well, like the finance man. The car handles beautifully and I am very happy with my purchase! Mike Grimaldi did a great job selling me my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I purchased at the end of November and took advantage of some incentives the manufacturer made available at the last minute. Not only did I want a Grand Cherokee, but I wanted an option for automatic emergency braking. Mike knew this option and was able to describe it in detail -- in addition to all the other features of this vehicle. I remain pleasantly surprised by the features baked into my Jeep. I appreciate the confidence the Jeep brand has on the road. And I appreciate the time spent by Mike Grimaldi to ensure I was completely satisified. Dealership was very nice and Louis was awesome to work with while negotiating our price. Also Alex was very nice and helpful during our time at the dealership finalizing the sale. I was very skeptical going into this sale because of many of the reviews I read online and the experience I had with other dealers leading up to find the car we were looking at this dealership. The only thing I would give slight criticism to was the length of time we were at this dealership, I felt like it could have moved along a little faster but hey, most car buying experiences are this way. With that said, the dealership looks amazing and from our experience was amazing. I would buy from them again.
