Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I had never heard of a waiting list at a dealership but they had one. We arrived at about noon an waited for about 10 minutes before someone helped us. It was a great and fun process. Long because buying a car is never quick but we left feeling like we got a good deal and happy with our new car.

Service is top notch!! I live some distance away, and pass two other dealerships to have my service work done. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had issues with my 2006 Dodge Charger for months. Other shops couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it I decided to go to the Dealership to see if they could diagnose the problem. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Diagnosed my car and fixed it! I’m so grateful to have my car finally running again. Thank you so much! I will only go to the Dealership for my repairs for now on.

Service needed on my 2024 Dodge Ram. Battery died so I contacted Tony Warner @ I 10 Dodge. Courteous… efficient and knowledgeable.performed the diagnostic tests and solved the problem. I took my car in because it misfired mutiltiple times and wouldn't start. However when a diagnostic test was done the engine light went off and the car started as normal. Carlos called me and said everything was fine but they wanted to keep the care one more day to make sure. I was stilled concerned because a diagnostic test was over $200. I told Carlos the thought of paying over $200 for someone to look at my car hurts financially. He said, well our men did take time to work on it . I said okay I understand. When he called me to tell me I can pick up my car I said he also said to me that his manager said there will be no charge. I cried. I couldn't believe it. I felt like Moss Brothers care about me as a human being and not just a car invoice. My car is running great. And I feel I can take my car to Moss Brothers and not worry if I'm being taken advantage of.

Service writer Carlos is awesome! Communication is important to me because I need to plan my day and week. Carlos called as promised the day after I dropped my car off for a diagnostics on the remote keyless entry system. I was 100% convinced the receiver was bad because I had checked the remote batteries with a meter. They tested fine, so I took the car in. Well, my car was fixed, quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Needless to say I am very pleased I didn’t need a new unit and I wasn’t without my car for more than a day. I would also like to compliment Moss Bros CDJR on their new service drive and advisor offices. A very nice upgrade that is sure to please both the advisors but mostly the customers. Well done!
