Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Sam was very professional and attentive to customers needs. Was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we asked without hesitation. Showed us all the different models they had. During the test drive he is engaged with the customers while they drive.

I had gone in to get my 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn for a service, I also have a Chevy suburban that my girlfriend drives, which is a little to big for her, so I was also looking for something smaller and better gas mileage. When I met Frank and told him what my situation was and my financial needs , and much to my surprise he took all my info and got me approved in no time, this makes my second purchase from them they are fantastic people and know there business, I, myself highly recommend them I will not shop anywhere else, just ask Frank for some coffee he'll know what I mean. We are a older couple 59 & 60, we found our beautiful Chrysler Pacifica on line at Keffer Chrysler in Charlotte NC, our sales person Johnny Watkins got probably 90% of the the deal done over the phone and was quick to get back with us on every question we had, but the amazing thing was how this young man climbed in the back seat and walked us through all the high tech stuff on the van patiently, anybody knows that can be a tough job with older folks. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours and Johnny Watkins has called us several times to ask how we were enjoying our new van and if we had any questions. The dealership was beautiful, the finance guy was great, we love the van and Johnny Watkins was absolutely the best, most laid back polite and professional sakes person I’ve ever met and I was in sakes nearly 40 years!

Had a great experience with the sales staff and general manager. They worked with me over the phone and it was painless to pickup the challenger and be on my way.
