Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Came in just wanting to look and not commit but Jesse and Ron sold me on a sedan. I absolutely did not want a sedan but after learning more about the Toyota Camry and test diving It, I knew I was wrong entirely about sedans. They also tried and succeeded in reaching my budget. We had just experienced a bad customer service situation at another dealer and went right over to Carlsbad Jeep to buy the car we wanted. Ronald Robinson was our sales associate and he was great. He showed us exactly what we wanted and let us take our time comparing all the different models we needed to. There was no pressure and the overall buying experience was great.

We rarely write reviews but felt we should in connection with our recent purchase at AutoNation Jeep in Carlsbad. We worked with James Benway in purchasing a Jeep Wrangler and had a VERY POSITIVE experience. We had not purchased a car for 8 years so a lot with cars had changed. James explained all the features re the Jeep, researched other vehicles that fit our needs, and came up with a fair price. Throughout the process James was very patient and created a stress free experience. As good as our car buying experience was, James has followed up after the sale and offered to answer any questions we may have. Something you don't find very often with car salespeople.
