Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

After visiting 2 other dealerships, we decided to check out some used Jeep's in North Olmsted and we were pleased with the entire experience. We were greeted immediately and professionally upon arriving. Our salesman, Mark, walked us right out to the Jeep we were there to check out and explained all the features, how they were certified, etc. The Jeep was even better than we imagined and we regretted wasting our time at other dealerships prior to coming to North Olmsted. When we are in the market for another vehicle we'd definitely go back.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. I stopped in and CARA was available to walk to my vehicle w/ me and show me how to delete old locations on my I-phone! She was super helpful and patient/ w/ me!!
