I had never heard of a waiting list at a dealership but they had one. We arrived at about noon an waited for about 10 minutes before someone helped us. It was a great and fun process. Long because buying a car is never quick but we left feeling like we got a good deal and happy with our new car.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I have never had the process of buying a car or truck be so absolutely painless as it was working with Steve Scott. Steve took care of me, found me and my wife exactly what we needed and didn't try to upsell me on features because he was clear on what we wanted and knew that that was the best way to keep us happy. I would 100% buy a car from Steve again. Roxanne worked with the finance department and with Steve to go ahead and make sure that our needs were met. Wait was long for a oil change. First time I had too wait for three hours and no shuttle service.Have been going to the Carlsbad facility. Since 2011 when it was Bob Baker.

Great service department. Matt the mgr went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Joel the service advice was very nice, call me twice just to update me. Price was fair.
