I called the service department to get an oil change as soon as they could get me in. They had me bring our Jeep in within the hour and had it back within an hour so I could get to work on time. Thank you all for helping us out and making sure I got to work on time.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

It has a long long time since I have been treated so well at a dealership. James Brooks was very straightforward and prompt during the process. The guys at the dealership where very timely with the transactions. And very fast with communications. They even opted to pick me up to drive me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle!

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. WOW! We were blessed beyond belief! After having a poor experience with another dealership, Brooks, Tanner, and the staff at Freedom went over and beyond for us! They got us into a great vehicle with no hassle. They were kind and treated us with respect. Class act!
