Called and inquired about a 2015 Wrx they had in stock. They answered and told me they had in stock and went there to check and look at car. When getting there they had the car washed and easily accessible to test drive. Negation and working on a deal on vehicle was great and they were very easy to work with and helped in every way to make a deal for both sides. They cleaned the car nicely and made the shopping experience way easier compared to other places. Brad and everyone on staff was great to work with and will definitely go back for future purchases.
Bought a Mercedes from them. There wasn't an extra key, even though I was told there was during initial negotiation. Still purchased the vehicle.
Received a call about a month later that the previous owner had returned the spare key. Was told that it would be sent to me via certified mail. Waited about two weeks and did not receive the key. Called the dealership and Zachary told me that it may have been sent out and would check. Waited another week or so and hadnt received the key or heard back. Called Zachary again, and he told me that he would check. Waited ANOTHER week, and still no response. Called AGAIN, and Zachary sounded agitated that I was calling, like I was inconveniencing him. Same response from him, and no return phone call. Now when I call, someone takes a message for him, and no one has returned my call with an update.
It's been 5 weeks since the initial contact and no key, no contact.
After good initial vibe purchasing from them, won't be purchasing from them this when my girlfriend starts her car shopping.
We were treated very well by our salesman Chris and David. We received a great value on the certified car we purchased and they worked with us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied with all of the details.
It was nice to meet with Steve who has a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and also his experience let us know more about the car. So glad that you have such a wonderful people working in the dealer. It is. Nice experience
Kim Cotter our sales representative was very helpful, friendly and patient with us. She gave us 3 different test drives in a span of 3 months without any pressure to buy. I thank her in closing the deal.
I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff!
I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty.

Just finished purchasing a Porsche Panamera GTS from this dealership last weekend. The GTS trimline of the Panamarea is very difficult to find at a reasonable price. They were able to find an excellent vehicle (fully loaded & decent miles). It was also priced reasonably for condition/mile. We even traveled 3 hrs from out of state (twice) to get the deal done. I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. This was our second car purchase from Mike and we were just as happy this time as we were last time. Our first time we met Mike we almost bought from him. We were going through financing and then decided to not buy. We felt bad for how it went down. A few months later we returned. We were a bit worried that how things went the first time might affect how he would treat this time. Well he was great and went through with a purchase of a Pacifica. It took a few trips because we have 3 kids and Mike was patient and very understanding. This last purchase took a total of 2 hours and we again are totally pleased . He has very good product knowledge and listens to what we want. We like his down to earth demeanor and that he isn???t pushy. We have given his name out to several of our friends and hopefully he will get a few sales from them. Finding a car salesman who is honest and not just out for the sale is hard to do. Mike is that kind of person. Thank you again Mike and we will be back when we need another vehicle.
